Mathew started right on time. Our carpet is off-white wool, 30 years old and hasnt been cleaned in over 2 years. You can imagine how the carpeted stairs looked. It didnt bother Mathew at all. He got to scrubbing the stairs and all heavily soiled areas. The whole carpet was done and done to perfection. It is back to its original colour and softness to the touch!!! We will definitely use Mathew again and recommend Niagara Kwik Dry Total Cleaning.

Always good service!Just a few comments :1) Ive used this company several times and Im always glad with the service. However when it came time to pay I was offered a tip option which I felt a bit awkward about as this was the first time. There is however the option to opt out.2) I find the charge of $10 per item being moved that is tacked on the overall price to be a bit much. I think this should be capped at a certain point. Otherwise it makes it hard to stay within budget of the initial job without there being extras. Moving items yourself to save money isnt an option unfortunately.Thank you.

Absolutely amazing experience with Matthew! Was on time ( early ) bonus for us! And went right ahead and did an amazing job on bringing the sectional back to life, with the dog stain/smell he was able to remove every little bit and the couch smells unreal! It’s only two years old but what a difference a good clean can do, HIGHLY recommend this company and there staff, great experience from booking to cleaning!Thanks again!

Matthew did a fantastic job cleaning a WHITE heavily stained carpet in a house with a resident dog.I had suggested replacing the carpet completely as I was skeptical that the stains would ever come out but low and behold they did! It looks like new!I highly recommend this company!

I had Matt at Niagara Kwik Dry come in to clean a couch and chair in my living room. I am extremely happy with the service that he provided! He arrived, explained the process and got to work. He had to move the furniture out from the wall to do the cleaning and when he was done everything was put back in place like he was never there, except for my now very clean and bright looking couch and chair. The solution used to clean smells great and it’s all natural which is great for houses with pets like mine. I will definitely be using Niagara Kwik Dry again and will recommend to anyone I know who needs carpet or upholstery cleaning!
