The man who helped me encouraged me to not have him do an invisible seam for my Moms pants that I brought in to be hemmed, since she is old. He also has his cell phone visible/is using it while in the front service area at all times. Although my Moms pants were hemmed with a basic hem for $10 which was all that I wanted, I think that he has a bit of an attitude and still has a lot to learn about customer service.

Got my girls pants hemmed here and they did a fabulous job

Bought 2 Pottery Barn linen panel curtains ( approx. $150 each). Paid $70 to dry clean. Panels shrunk from 84 in to 73 in length & were dirty on the bottom. Called 8x. No call back. Next day, called again. Owner didnt offer apology, accountability, money back, reimbursement & told to bring them in because he will fix them. I said unlikely they will stretch 11 inches. Told no way they shrunk 11 in. Will take them in alongside 84 in panels not brought to this dry cleaners to compare. Unhappy!

I brought my 13 year old granddaughter to have her new grad dress hemmed, as this was the only place we could find who were able to have it done on time (due to Covid, my daughter didnt find out about grad details until yesterday) When we arrived, I instantly felt like we were disturbing the man who was working there. When my granddaughter put the dress on for him to pin up, I felt it was a little too short, where he had pinned it. So I called my daughter and asked her what she thought after sending her a photo. (She was working) When I told him it needed to be a bit longer he replied lady I do several dresses a day so I know what Im doing The dress has a corset back and to make matters even worse he said that it needed to be altered because it didnt fit her properly because the zipper wouldnt close. When I told him it was a corset, he said he didnt know how to do that. I told him there was nothing he had to do with it. My granddaughter was upset believing he was calling her overweight! (shes a tiny girl and far from overweight) But what tailor doesnt know what a corset is?! The whole time we were there, he was texting or doing something on his phone and not even paying attention to what I was saying to him. I felt completely dismissed and unwelcomed. I begrudgingly left the dress and as I looked back as I left the shop, I saw him toss the expensive dress carelessly on the counter. When I told my daughter what had happened, she made a call and was able to find someone she had used previously to do the dress. So I drove back from Fort Erie to pick it up before the work was started. He was so rude, and I have no idea how someone in customer service can still be in business when treating customers like this.

This is a great local Tailor. The owner was very helpful with my wedding suit and provided a great deal of information and was also very flexible with the alterations I had asked for. I found the pricing reasonable and the turn around time was very quick. I would recommend this tailor to anyone in the area.

I needed my wedding dress steamed before my wedding. I only had a few days and Im not from Ontario so I wasnt sure where to go. The owner at this location is amazing! He took great care of my huge dress and even answered all my bride phone calls. I would definitely recommend this location:)

Imperial Cleaners are the best! I bring my dry cleaning here on a regular basis. I brought my favorite jacket in to be cleaned and fixed. I didnt think it could be fixed because lining was so badly ripped. They were able to! It looks brand new! Thank you!

I had a wedding on Sunday! I came late on Saturday just before close when no where else would do my suit, he said leave it for me and he came in on Sunday (his only day off) and finished my suit for me before the wedding! Now that’s customer service, remarkable guy!
