Booked appointment once they were 45 minutes late I called to see where they were. I was told they would be arriving shortly. 2.5 hrs after the appointment time, they still had not arrived and never called me back to update. This is unacceptable customer service.

I called the office to get a quote for carpet cleaning, they confirmed $119 plus tax for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. I later called to add the living room and they said it would be the same price. However, when they showed up at my house Thursday morning they said the living room and hallway werent on the list and if I wanted it done it would be $169 plus tax. Very unprofessional to quote me something on the phone then show up at my house and tell me something different
