We rented 2 storage units here as we were in between moving from one property to another. The property is well kept and secure with easy access in and out. Management is very accommodating and understanding. Great people to deal with. I would highly recommend these storage units to anyone who needs them.

Theres a few storage place in the area and Im so glad that we choose Vaultra. The place is huge, secured and very well maintained. The owner on the phone was very kind and accommodating. Hats off to the Manager and staff at the office. They were always courteous and helpful. We sold our house and needed storage for a few months and Vaultra storage just made the transition smooth and flawless. Will definitely recommend!

Painting poles and barrels and sweeping out hallways. looking good there and grass is neat trimmed. very nice to see and very friendlt to talk with. Offered coffee in office too

Not sure why these guys would get anything less than 5 stars... clean, new storage units, amazing customer service, and 24 hour access... what else do you need!?We had our entire house in their 30x10 unit for 3 months (and had to keep delaying as our house kept being delayed and noone had any issues with it). When we had to extend by a couple of days to accomodate the movers, they had no issues with that and didnt even charge us anything for the extra days.Someone said they had billing issues, it may have been a weird case, because we had no problems and thats after pushing our initial move more than once. everything was billed properly and i got the initial promotion because i stayed more than one month.Units were all lit up and had 24 hour acccess, with the large units (only i believe) having access from both sides of the unit...amazing if you have movers come from one side and you can move things from the other without getting in each others way.I have nothing bad so say about this experience.. if I had to get a storage unit again, wouldnt think of anyone else but you guys.Really appreciate all the help! Thank you.

I was with the company for nine years. Never had a problem, were great to deal with, waved late fees when life got in the way ect. Recently purchased by Vaultra Storage, Did not receive invoices, so paid what I thought I owed. I was off by $1.50, they locked me out of my unit, charged me $20 late fees. I have moved out after 9 years. I went to Stanley Storage, cleaner facility, better security. Much cheaper, better customer service!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Units are clean. 2 stars because of how they bill and calculate the rates. They do not simply charge a flat rate for the month. It does not renew on the same day of each month. Its a 28 day cycle I believe. I ended up being late on a payment because of this. I also ended up owing after I took my belongings out for the difference in days. Its confusing and un-traditional. If Im paying for a month I should get the full month. 1st day to the last day. Quite expensive too.

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone . A neighbor who has been storing items there for several years received a $10 penalty from the new owners, as his monthly bill had just pennies owing . Result - the neighbor is leaving this rip off outfit in the next month .
