I cannot say enough good things about this place.The prices are reasonable.The place is well maintained.The woman in the office (I forgot her name) was amazing. She is very clear about the rules, and the paperwork.I have had no issues so far.And I would highly recommend this business.

Renting at The Storage Mall has been a great experience! Donna was super helpful in the office and the units and facility were super clean. It is easy to access with the gate. The wide and paved driveways are easy to get my truck around. Highly suggest this facility if you are in the Niagara Falls area!

Your stuff is safe here and the monthly fees on a unit are very reasonable compared to other storage places

This is such a great place to store your stuff. Donna is the nicest lady ever. Shes a pleasure every time you deal with her. I recommend everyone use this storage mall when you need a place to store things. LoVe LoVe LoVe this place! Donna rules!

Friendly, well taken care of.

The roll up door to my unit broke and could not contact anyone to get it fixed. My unit is open to anyone who wants to help themselves now.
