Great company! I called and within an hour they showed up to my house and unlocked my car for me in my garage. Great price. Definatley recommend!

If your vehicle every goes here good luck, I suggest you get all of your belongings out ahead of time. The most unprofessionally ran company. Held up my entire insurance claim because the adjuster went there multiple times and no one came to let him in and then when they did meet him there they didn’t bring the keys so he could not get in to read the odometer. They also lied and said they were here when I was to get my belongings and then repeatedly ignored calls.

Called Niagara towing to get my truck unstuck on Saturday and they didn’t even attempt to get the job done because they got stuck . But it still didn’t stop them from taking $135 . I wouldn’t call this company again if they were the last company on earth. Just wanted to let Niagara towing know that a suburban got my truck out . A 15 year old truck can do what your “professional” tow truck guys cannot . Better luck next time .

A predatory business banking off the misfortune of others.Being from new orleans, i am not used to these winter conditions. Officer that responded to my accident called these guys and had my vehicle taken hostage without ever asking where I needed to send it to.$350 just for permission to reclaim my car the very same day... not including towing..

Best tow company around. They towed my Corvette and treated it with such care plus gave me a ride home

Worst towing company ever. They park cars illegally and the city police department has it towed from where this disgusting company tows your vehicle. Very unprofessional. You get parking tickets also from where this company drops your vehicle. I would never allow them to tow my automobiles in the future my roadside services will know to not call them in the future.

Not the nicest guys. Young punk sucks at lifting cars on flatbed. Be wise call any other towing company.👌
