Only complaint would be the speed of service but I might only go when its busy Im not sure. Otherwise always quality service

So many thanks to James at Goodyear in Niagara Falls!! He saw that I needed help in the the parking lot next to the shop. He came over, saw my battery was dead, got his own jumper cables and fixed me up immediately! Go see James for whatever you need! What a genuine, nice cool dude...thanks James, you’re the best 😁

My family Highly recommend this garage!!! They fixed our troublesome car. We were in to visit the fall from out of town, when our car started acting up. There were several other auto repair locations on the road and we went to each of them, but this one outshines them all. Their car repair professionalism, Human kindness and personal warmth, made this experience a blessing. They drove my family back to the hotel, then called us later when the car was complete. We like Trump but he was wrong about the Goodyear company. The entire company took a hard hit because of the comment he stated. A misunderstanding really. But you should go There and tell your friends to go too.

Highly recommend this place. Employees are honest and even saved me some money on a few repairs. they didnt just fix what i said was wrong the diagnosed and fixed what was actually wrong and it ended up being cheaper for me.

I found the employees at this store to be very helpful and knowledgable about the job. We have had the same employee a couple of the times that we were there and he was very helpful and told us a few things that he found that we should keep an eye on. This employee (Alan Piaskowski) was very polite and patient in answering all our questions. I would recommend this location to others. The store was also very clean and had a nice waiting area. I will continue to use this store in the future.

I go to Goodyear everytime my car even makes the slightest noise. Whenever I go in there I am always greeted by friendly employees. I get great service and I always leave happy. I would 100% recommend this Goodyear to everyone!

I dont take my vehicle anywhere else! Alan Piaskowski is who I usually deal with and he is the best! He is honest and confirms with me before doing any work. The free flat repair has saved me more than once, and they always get me in right away. Love this store!

My niece needed her starter replaced. She called me to ask for advice, if Goodyear Auto will be okay to fix it. I made sure she asked if the price for the starter was a price for a new starter or a reconditioned starter. They quoted her a price told her the starter would be new and then put in a reconditioned anyway. It might be the oldest mechanic scam in the world but she specifically asked about the starters price and its manufacturer and they either lied right to her face or they made some kind of error otherwise but bottom line is she definitely got overcharged. Not the end of the world, but both she and I wont get any work done there in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location I’ll never take my TESLA back. Worst of all they damaged my rim and I wasn’t able to see due to filthy rims after putting tires back on rims. When I arrived to pick my car I had two workers sitting in my car, problem playing games on my big center console, reminder my car was only in there for a tire change. I hope nobody’s car is treated the way mine was and I strongly recommend looking at other options the gentlemen in the store don’t have your person or car in your best interest.

I made an appointment for Oct. 17 @ 0800 online to get a set of dura tracs placed on my truck. So I show up that sat. morning fully expecting my car to be serviced only to have the service writer tell me I don’t have an appointment until 1500. He then continues to argue with me about it until I showed the snap shot on my phone. Since they where booked I would have to wait until 1500 which I can’t because I have a job to go to. He then tells me that they can do it Thursday the 22nd. I’ve already paid for this service and scheduled my appointment a week in advance for nothing. I’ve received great service from the one in Amherst so I’ll be going there instead. Piss poor management!

I purchased tires on line from goodyear at for this location. My appointment was made on line for tues, I was informed when I called today that they couldnt do my tires til Friday. The whole reason I purchased tires was because they gave me an appointment time for Tues and Im leaving to go out of town Wednesday. So know theyre refunding my money and I have to find tires elsewhere. This store didnt even care or wanna try to work with me on this.

They have been looking out for me for years. And now my daughter and her husband have been using them as well. Fairly good about appointments and they do work with you. Good restrooms also

Disreputable shop. Friends van died on a Saturday night. Towed to this shop because open on Sunday. Other than the battery being drained, they couldnt reproduce the problem initially. Eventually the story changed. Told her the van has 2 alternators, one in front and one in back of vehicle, and some leaking pipes. $900+ to fix. I was sure she misheard them, and had her ask again. They stuck to the 2 alternators story. Im surprised they didnt throw in a muffler bearing and a left-handed smoke shifter too. Nice way to treat an out of town mom and kids stuck with a dead vehicle. Maybe they take care of locals better.

We were coming in from out of town to see the falls and about halfway through our trip here, our brakes started to grind and die. Dropped our car off just before closing on a Friday and they drove us to our hotel. Brakes and rotors were done by 10am the next morning! They could have charged us a lot since we were far from home and in a bind, but it was exceptionally priced! Great service and people here, I highly recommend this place!

Traveling to Niagara Falls from Wisconsin, had a tire blow out on the RV en route, these guys were awesome, helped us out on a SUNDAY with a smile ! They were so helpful, and after looking at my other tires on the RV decided to get a whole new set from them a few days later. I really appreciate good professional service ! A big pat on the back to all the guys at this place ! Thank you !!!!!

The service manager quoted me $500 to change one low beam headlight because he said I need a HID light replacement. $250 for parts and $250 for labor. Again, that’s for just one light. I went to YouTube, watched a video and purchased two halogen bulbs for $70. Replaced both bulbs in an hour, shopping time included. I’m not sure if they are morons or trying to rip me off. Either way it was pretty horrific.

The atmosphere and the courtesy of the service advisor was very professional at this location which is unusual but as they change is a good thing and i would recommend this location

Good job. I was traveling to Niagara Falls but my alternator gone . Mersedes dealer promised to do at 3 days . They did in 2 days and also they open at the weekend. Thank you for great service.

The negative reviews here sound like they are left by some bad customers instead of bad customer service. I really have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is knowledgeable and they treat me as an equal despite being a woman. ( sometimes with car repair shops they try to pull a fast one, and I have some background in cars so it can get frustrating.) I have never had a problem here and the fantastic financing programs make car repairs a lot less stressful.Many people tend run to review sites and complain/degrade businesses if they had over the top expectations that no human could possibly deliver.Great job guys, I will continue to go here for all my repairs.

Got an alignment in November and less than 3 months later my front driver side tire is off 1.4 and the rest are all a little off. I just asked if they can fix the one and they refused.

In and out in just over an hour (4 tires, oil change & new wipers).

Thank you all my guy was Robert he stopped what he was n the middle of and got ring out by my mom lol and held his composure. That my friend is a real MVP LOL!! Ty so much

Good tires but the mechanics there will not very knowledgeable

Had a slow leak in my tire went from 35psi to 19psi overnight ...went to the Goodyear in Niagara Falls because I was loosing air fast and they told me they couldnt see me till 4pm the following day and didnt even bother to fill my tire so I could drive anywhere.

Fast and friendly service. Usually coupons or rebates available.

This is the worst place to go for anything. The employees have no customer service skills. Theyre so rude ! Ive never been to a place where theyve been so rude and they want to rip you off

Talked on the phone with manager named Robert he was rude and didnt wanna help me because it was 4:00 and they close at 6p but before being transferred to him a employee informed me they didnt have part in stock and could put on my part if bought from store myself and Robert says Im the manager and I will not install your part and wont help you till next week and hung up very bad business i get my oil changed there regularly but not anymore they just lost a customer thanks to the manager named Robert

They broke my tail gate handle off and didnt offer to fix it.

Buyer Beware ... They told me vehicle needed $1,000 worth of work and i took it elsewhere and it cost me $180...
