Best service in town. Polite and helpful

Knowledgable, down-to-earth owner with professional, Christian-based ethics. Due to physical handicaps, only able to perform inspections and order parts for DIY repair. Will also rent shop for those same repairs.

Great service, although hard to find place.

Jim Helms called for advice on a vehicle that he later told me was a flood vehicle. We provided him with the technical resources and advice needed to repair the vehicle. After receiving our invoice for services rendered he sent a fax indicating he would only pay half his bill. I refunded his entire bill and cancelled his account. Vendors Beware!

The negative post from the goof below is strange in itself. He probably didnt want to pay for services or wanted to have work done for free. Who knows... We have been taking our vehicles to this business for many many years and have had no problems. Great service, explain each specific problem, dont do work unless they talk to us first, and get the job done quick so Im not stranded! Glad we use small businesses to help the community grow.

Maybe I misinterpreted the guy but he was not very professional on the phone and was not helpful at all when I inquired about pricing. I asked how much it would cost to replace my shocks and he answered with I will have not idea until I look at the vehicle. After I said okay thanks for your time, he simply hung up. Very much uncalled for.

Good honest mechanical services.

This guy is very strange and a crook. Stay away, go use a real mechanic. Something very off about this guy. He misdiagnosed my problem so I took it to a real mechanic who fixed it for a fraction of what this weirdo wanted.
