Amazing mani pedi for a very reasonable price!! Will definitely be returning

Unlike most reviews here, I did not have such a good experience. Given the high rating on Yelp and Shop Small by Amex, I decided to come in for a dip powder manicure.The technician that did my nails( there is only 1 tech) that did my nails did not do a very good job with my dip nails. The manicure took about 45-50 mins in total. I had natural nails. I had a broken nail in my thumb, I asked her to fix it and she did at no extra charge.The the finished product appeared like fake nails, the dip powder nails were thick. I had 1 tip that look really off. I asked her to fix it but she just told me it was because the tip was fake.My nails began to chip and break after 5 days. I came back to fix it and the tech wasnt there so I had to come back the next day. The next day when I came in my visit took more than 1 hour. The tech was really unprofessional and unapologetic about using her personal phone while working on my nails. She answered the front desk phone 5 times during my manicure. She texted and used her personal phone whenever she had a few seconds.I dont know why I had such a negative experience. Also they claimed they dont take American Express but they are part of the shop small on Amex.

Walk-ins are easy. fair prices. good location.

Had to wait a while for service even though I was told a bunch of times that someone was available and on her way...but the mani/pedi I got was quality and the place didnt smell like chemicals. Would go back.
