My experience EVERY TIME is excellent! Everyone is so nice and courteous! Camloan Bui was my technician today and she was awesome! I highly recommend her and all of the staff! They act like they appreciate your business!

Today was my first visit to the salon. I will definitely be back they were very professional, friendly and the place was very clean.

They were nice but I went in wanting a certain look! Instead of just saying she couldn’t do it she kept saying it don’t have to be like that or I don’t know why people get that on their nails it don’t look that good! Bottom line it’s way over priced and if they can’t do certain art work they say it doesn’t look good!

I went there 2 days ago and spent 80$ just on acrylic nails and my eyes brows, now don’t get me wrong they were nice, everyone like them my eyebrows look awesome and staff was very nice and talkative, but not even 3 hours later 20/30 rhinestones had already fell off & then not even 12 hours later I was washing my hair in the shower and 2 nails completely broke off . FROM WASHING MY HAIR !!!!!! I called up there about 20 times yesterday & got no answer at all just kept getting a full mailbox. Was going to go up there but they only do appointments ! I was very angrry and unsatisfied with the whole thing . I had to take my whole set off because they kept breaking and couldn’t get ahold of anybody .. Now not even 48 hours & 80$ later I have nothing but sore and burning eye brows

Took my daughter last Saturday to get full set mani and pedis..... we got right in, no wait.... which usually does not happen.... I had one lady to do both mani and pedi for me.... Tina!!! She was amazing! Her work is beautiful!! She didnt rush, but worked efficiently and quickly.... I highly recommend her... she talked and made me feel welcome and comfortable.... Nancy did my daughters pedicure and I must say she did outstanding as well, especially working on 11 year old little girl toes... and I dont know the ladys name that did her nails but she did amazing as well... they were patient and quick, but gave the extra attention to the important details.... we were in and out in 2 hours!!! Very affordable.... highly recommend

I’ve been here about 5 times and every time I have to wait for a certain person to get done with their client before they can begin mine. There will be employees sitting around that can’t start on my nails and when I ask them if they can they tell me I have to wait until one of the people working on someone is finished. I’ve also seen that you are not a priority unless you get gel nail polish. I’m immediately taken care of if I start looking at gel colors but if I choose a regular polish I’m left waiting. The service is also extremely slow even the nail process is 30-45 minutes longer than other nail salons. Other than that the nails look good but it’s not worth waiting around for 20 minutes before they start my set.

They are Amazing! Very sanitary and relaxing atmosphere! I had a delux pedicure and it was the best, my feet smelled like peaches after she was done! I also had a manicure and acrylic nail set with pink French tips, she had painted by hand, which was the best nails I have ever had! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them to anyone! They also do Male manicures and pedicures! Alice is amazing! This nail salon is the cleanest, nicest place in the hickory area. The staff are friendly. They have all the newest products and techniques that are available. I wont go anywhere else! Ive only been twice but Im ruined on anyplace else now! I took in a picture of what I wanted (an ombre french manicure with SNS) Alice took her time to find just the right color and it turned out even better than the photo! Thanks Alice! I went in thinking they were open until 7, but they close at 6 on Saturdays. I got there about 15 minutes before close, so I was only going to get my eyebrows waxed, but Michelle said she would do the man-pedi I also wanted done. She stayed an hour and a half past closing for me! And she did an awesome job, not skimping on anything, especially massaging my legs, hands and even my head! She was fantastic. Looking forward to bringing my daughter and granddaughter back with me next time!

Tina was awesome!!Only problem is they charge $10 more simply because my previous dip (which they have done the last three times) came off before I came back. You do less work but charge more money?!? Makes no sense!

This salon has a nice atmosphere I can say that much but this will be my last time visiting here. the lady that did my manicure and pedicure was very rude to me. I was dressed for the rainy weather and had on my toboggan so I guess she thought that I was a broke bum with no money. I ended up paying $80 just to be disrespected and put in a very uncomfortable situation. I didnt want to make a big scene and act out the way she expected me to. as a professional hair stylist of 20 years has been the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. Im not sure if Im allowed to say the hair chain that I work for but we service walkin clients all day long and I make sure every single client is heard and get what it is that they ask and are paying for. its sad how were living in 2019 and still cant be respected and being misjudged off our appearance. I paid my money and left without thrashing the place but to the lady with the blonde hair your customer service sucks and I am a firm believer in tipping my server, stylist, bar tender, manicurist, etc BUT you dont deserve a penny with a hole in it. just be cause Im black doesnt mean that Im broke and ghetto. 🤢

Beautiful, peaceful setting. I recently quit my old nail place due to getting a fungus on two of my nails. I will definitely be using Hollywood from now on.

Didnt get a good feeling about this place..i signed in. One lady approached and said it would be 33. How did 18 go to 33. My nails arent long. I just got up and didnt get nothing done. She didnt approach any one esle about their services or anything. Places like this doesnt get my money. They didnt approach any other person like this lady approached me. I will never come back here.

This place is very friendly . It’s a new salon that opened the beginning of the year (2018) but today was actually my first visit . I usually try getting to salons early when the doors opened. The Facebook page says 9am, but as I pulled in the parking lot 10 mins till, the owner was outside opening doors and flipped the open sign on. So I went ahead and got out of my car. She greeted and walked in with me . Which was great to get in early ...But!!! As I sat in a booth with a different lady, half way into doing my nails I was switched to a new booth. This lady was very nice and did my nails quickly and they looked good but the design was bad. I was in and out of the salon in 45 mins with a new set of acrylic nails plus designs. Also another complaint I have is : I showed the women doing my nails a picture off Pinterest : the design I wanted . And she ended up making her own version on the picture . To me the design was simple but could take time to do, and that’s where she rushed to get done. Instead of taking time and doing a good job and what I originally wanted she put less effort into my nails and made it look like I personally drew a ugly flower on them. I asked for certain colors : (white, black and grey) . She added colors that I didn’t like (green and yellow) and I did tell her no, to take it off and do it again. She did and was friendly about it but the design was still not working for me. I didn’t tip well like I usually do at other salons . I ended up coming home and just taking the design she did off and making my own design. And I must say, I did a lot better job than she did . I hate being rushed out but what I hate more is asking them if they are capable of doing the design picked out before painting and being told yes .. she should have just said no. And lastly the pricing is average. It’s what I would expect to pay . Not too high but not cheap. I will revisit this salon but it won’t be for special occasions when I need them to look the best . I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family, it’s just any other salon. Nothing special. They definitely don’t stand out .
