Never rented from but from what I have seen not exactly a classy place

Owners are amazing. Inside is beautiful

Trashy place but affordable for low income families. Wouldnt last my children play alone.

There are roaches in everyones apartments kids are roaming and being loud at night time and it is always trashed it has went down hill ever since they got new management. The place looks like a dump, someone needs to clean it up and take care of the roaches in peoples apartments and make it a safe place for people.

Outside looks dumpy apts seem nice

Its loud day and night people dont watch there children the place is trashed. Im afraid to let my toddler Play outside for hes always picking trash and other items that should never be in a kids play area. There are cigarette butts all over the place we dont smoke but we are always finding them in our appointment do to tracking then in on our shoes. There are mice in the walls, and vents. Have had flooding in our kitchen twice now at lest the landlord go that fixed right away both times. In the winter time the parking lot and sidewalk dont get cleared like they should and the list just keeps going.......
