I had the pleasure of working with Samara for 2 properties both on the buying side and selling side. For my first property, it was my first time ever buying a home and Samara was excellent at guiding me every step of the way. I am a very impatient person and an anti-procrastinator so I need things to be done right away. Samara was always responsive and was on top of deadlines and paperwork. This company poaches listings. If you find an apartment with CRG, please look for the address on other websites. It is likely listed directly by the landlord who has NOT hired CRG and will NOT charge you a broker fee. Do this ESPECIALLY if you find the listing on Zillow.My experience with CRG was terrible. There were issues with the payment that they would accept, with no regard as to what the landlord would accept. I was moving from out of state so this was truly terrible.The documents were not sent in an organized manner but spread over time and we were often given very little time to sign them. The lease was incorrect the first time we signed it and we were forced to sign it again. The only service they provided was to open the door to the apartment so that my friend could see the place. Otherwise, they played an annoying and erroneous middle man. When I complained to them, they got angry and wrote aggressive e-mails, trying especially to make me look bad to my landlord.

Their people rip off local photographers after they fulfill their end of the deal. If this is how they treat vendor-to-vendor relationships, Id be extremely cautious as a client. Other reviews speak for themselves. Deal with caution.

They do not respond to clients or agents, it almost seems like they dont want to rent their properties! Principle Jack Foster is the most incompetent broker on the face of the earth, it is amazing this business even exists.

0 stars for sure, I have the worst experience with them, almost no maintenance and they ignoring my calls and massages its difficult to communicate with them . I found mouse in my apartment and they did not take the issue seriously also I pay for heating and the radiators not working which its hard to live with in Boston winter. Also, the bell is not working, no fire alarm .Moreover, the maintenance worker dismantled the cabinet and left it since 2 months and until now Im waiting !!!!!

There is no option for 0. Experience with CRG was not great. And by not great I mean literally a horrible, terrible experience from beginning to end. I will never work with them again and encourage everyone to avoid CRG if possible for your own well-being and sanity.

Ive now used Katherine Meisenheimer twice to buy / sell homes and both experiences have been fantastic. Katherine is a great communicator, very responsive to text messages and calls and extremely knowledgable about all things real estate. Ive recommended Katherine to friends of mine and they were just as happy with her as I have been.Most recently, I sold a house in Waltham and bought in Wilmington in July 2018. We saw a lot of houses and Katherine was always ready to meet me with a smile on her face and a keen eye for details, watching out for what homes might need work, like a new roof or updated electrical; some of the things that might slip past a person searching for houses. She made sure to use the most of our time by making sure we focused on my must have list (and after all of those houses, they started to blur) and finally, helped me structure a creative offer in a very competitive market to snag me a gorgeous new house. Bottom line - Katherine is straightforward, organized, knowledgeable and a joy to work with; Id recommend Katherine to anyone!

0 stars as well, Maintenance Suck!! No follow up, Radiator was broken since the first day of my lease, its been 4 month ; begging them to fix it this winter has been brutally cold 2017-2018 .NO ONE CARES !!

Just a circus show. 7/11/2017 is the date I write this review. Well talk about the customer service first. When you call the most busiest women in the world answers in a tone that cries out I am so sick and tired of this job then every time a legitimate issue is brought up (issues such as company sponsored application forum for an applicant is missing all contact info, or the actual name is spelled wrong which leads to an applicants credit history to be non-existent which is impossible since these guys are grad students who live in the united states and wrote in their social security numbers) the longest sigh of women who just given birth and was forced to go to work the next day would be heard. I would give no stars, a 0. but I dont think I can even give a no star review.Second well talk about their agent. Calls 90% of the time go straight to voicemail. 100% of the calls to voicemail will no be addressed. 75% chance your text will be answered, 100% your email will be addressed in 1-2 business days.Thirdly most landlords essentially ask for first, last, security. No problem, grad students sent checks to the CRG and an escrow check goes to the landlord. Except it writes in ten times the amount. Random Example for anonymity 2000 x 3 is 6000. wrote in sixty thousand on the legal line of the escrow check. 3 emails later trying to explain that even if you write 6000 in the box on the right hand side of the check it cannot say sixty thousand on the legal line next to it.This took a long long time. I am also saddened that these people can vote.To renters: most applications and leases are provided by the RHA sponsored by the greater Boston real estate housing authority, chances are the landlords has them. Run your own credit (for free) and send it to your prospective landlord. Use zillow, craigslist, spend a few hours looking for the place you are going to live in the next year, dont put that power in anyone elses hands.Edit: on the agents issue, he blocked my number. Called 3 times with the company phone to tell him where to drop off the new check, called with my personal phone and instant connection. Just one hell of a circus show.

0 stars - absolutely horrible experience. Poor/inconsistent communication, total boiler room/bait-and-switch operation.Attempted to rent a 3 bedroom unit in downtown Watertown. Took our deposit and signed lease on July 3rd, never gave us a countersigned copy, claimed that the landlord was out of town and would sign and return the following week. Confirmed CRG cashed the check on 7/7. Agent went radio silent on us for 2+ weeks (email, text, phone) then on 7/24 told us the landlord backed out of the rental agreement and that we didnt have the unit. Now fighting to get our deposit (first and security) back from CRG.Avoid at all costs.
