Capasso Realty is the best! Ive lived here for over 4 years and it is the most well-managed building Ive ever lived in. Management is excellent at facilitating communication and responding to any issues that may arise, plus they are always friendly and extremely professional.Not only is the location excellent, and the building well maintained (and newly renovated!), but the neighbors are all very friendly and its an excellent family friendly place to live.Ive rarely had any issues that maintenance would need to address, but for those that have come up, they were resolved promptly and professionally with no hassle to me whatsoever.Overall, I would say this is one of the best values in the area in terms of the reasonable rent and the excellent management and maintenance. I would recommend living here to everyone looking for a newly renovated building in an excellent location with superb management - you cant ask for more!

Very friendly staff and helpful maintenance team. They come fix issues with the apartment very quickly and they are very respectful too. I am glad we moved to Capassos buildings.

Capasso Realty is the best! We live there for 3.5 years in cold spring apartment just next to The cold spring park in Newton. The only noise that you would hear is birds singing! Management is great. Maintenance is so quick and amazing. Kim at management office is so nice and understanding. The best apartment that we have ever lived.

Horrible staff! I called to ask about an apartment and the lady who answered was extremely rude! She called me a liar because I was not specific about who was moving in. I was the one who called to ask about the apartments, yet I was the one who was jammed with questions. Would not recommend anyone deal with these people and good luck to the people who are stuck with them.
