They started work on my bathrooms about three weeks ago. The job is only about one third done. They were supposed to send someone out last Saturday nobody showed up. They left my bathrooms in a very torn up condition. I have tried to contact the company three times today. Only got their answering service. I cannot reach the one worker who seemed to know what he was doing, no luck there either. If you want a job partially done call these guys. If you want to use a company that does not complete their work and doesn’t notify you this company s the one.

Called and they sent over a guy to give an estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and quick. Said he would be back tomorrow. Two days later the work has not been done. They sent me a survey asking about my experience so they have my number.I called asking when to expect the work to be done and they said they would give a call back. Hours later, no call back. Called again, same story.No idea when and if to expect anyone. Unacceptable.

I requested a quote from this company to install a new furnace and hit water heater. The sent a plumber out to check things out and to give a quote. He arrived in an unmarked truck, took a quick look at the situation - without considering how the furnace would be vented to meet code. He returned to his truck and gave me a quote without specifying equipment.After he departed, I received a text message from the company with a written quote - nothing else. I responded with a simple list of three questions: 1) what equipment I’d bring specified, 2) a list of three references, and 3) their hourly rates - since the wanted to do the job on a time and materials basis.I never heard back from them - only a few days later when their asked me via a robo text message to rate their services! What service? This is a fake company that probably subs out all of their work to private contractors. I would steer clear of this company if you are having major plumbing work done.

I cannot recommend using this company unfortunately. I paid $7000 for them to install a new propane boiler and chimney liner. Alexis the office manager is very unprofessional and I’m very confused how she’s in charge of scheduling. They scheduled me for 4 separate appointments and were late to or missed 3 of them. They never explained any work to me and missed having an inspector come out to check the work. I wouldn’t use them again.Update: they failed inspection.

We have now called on the plumber company twice. They came to the rescue when a faucet replacement went a little awry. We just had them replace the shut off valve for our house because it was corroded from the slab. Kyle and Branden were awesome. They did a great job letting us know what was going on, even so far as to answer several questions related to other potential plumbing needs, and they got it done faster than I had anticipated. They cleaned up all their mess as well. Highly recommend the Plumber Company if you are in need.

Still waiting on a call from someone about a new install that never worked properly. 6 days without hot water on a brand new unit. $6800 for cold showers. Edit: the VP of the company came today and fixed the technician mistake. 8 hours later, no hot water. No answer at 24/7 line.

Brandon from The Plumbing Company is terrific! I called and he came right over to fix a sink that unknowingly had a problem. We were right in the middle of a bathroom redo and would have had to wait days for any other plumber to fix it. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and plan to use this company for a large job in the near future! Thanks for the prompt and reliable service!

Brandon came out to do an estimate, was able to do the job on the spot in about an hour and a half and for signicantly less than his initial ballpark figure. Ahead of schedule and under budget - you cant ask for more than that.

I called The Plumber Company at 9:30am, and Brandon was here at 11. He diagnosed and repaired our issue within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Highest marks to The Plumber Company - they have become my Go-To for any plumbing needs. Well done!

Called company at 10:30 am. They had a serviceman at the house in 20 minutes. Brandon assessed the problem quickly, provided his recommendation and had the entire fix done in 2 hours. He was curtios and professional. I would highly recommended this company

Did a furnace cleaning, and he fixed a number of issues with the heating system which have improved the efficiency of the whole system. They came 30 minutes late, but they did call to let me know they were running late. The basement was left in the same condition as they found it. A different plumber a couple of years ago left parts of copper piping and other garbage after the job was done so I appreciated that I did not have any clean up after they left.

Brandon arrived at the designated time and repaired my toilet and sink. He also checked my hot water heater to make sure all was fine with that. I highly recommend Brandon and the Plumber Company. A++

Quick and friendly! They installed a new sink and garbage disposal in my kitchen. They were in and out in under an hour and left no cleanup 👍.

Last Friday I had an appointment to have a plumber from this company come fix my sink and a drain pipe. I had a set appointment time and took time out of work to be there at the allotted time. They did not show up for the appointment so I called the secretary to see what the issue was. She stated they moved the appointment back to the next two hour slot they had available without telling me or making sure that was okay with me, forcing me to wait unknowingly and missing more work. I told the secretary, Alexis that I couldnt be there for that time and that I would be canceling my appointment and using a different company. Her response to this was to call me a weenie and hang up on me.....Completely unprofessional, rude and insulting. I would not suggest supporting this business. Seek help elsewhere.

I had a number of plumbing issues, none of which were urgent but they were all annoying. A leaking shower faucet, a leaking furnace pipe in the basement, an outdoor faucet in which the pipe had frozen and broken. I called this company up on a Thursday, they came Friday morning an by noon everything was fixed and working properly. What I liked: they came quickly and on time and price seemed fair. They did not leave a mess. The only negative is the truck did not have any logo or marking on it, so when it pulled into my driveway I was not sure who it was. Maybe it was a new van, not sure, but I think the Van should have some identification on it.

Called at 8:10am about a failed water heater and had someone here by 9am. Omar walked me through all the options available to fix my issue, and he had a new water installed by 1pm.
