The ice maker was not functioning properly and the technician honed in on the problem right away. He exchanged some pats with newer, revised parts and it is work fine now. Great job!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I scheduled an appointment 3.5 weeks ago. Just got a call that they dont have a technician for that day. They scheduled me out until July 2nd. I have now waited 2 months for my washed to get fixed. While on the phone call, they could give me no answers and were useless. I was transfered to the protection plan dept because I demanded a refund and wanted to return the washer. I waited for 45 min for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I asked to be transferred to a manager. When transferred, it said the office was closed and hung up on. What kind of service?? I demand a refund and a Manger to call me. This place is a scam. Never buy from sears.
If you live on the Oregon coast, do not even try to use these peoplethe ad says 24/7 which only means the call center is open. I needed a refrigerator repair on Mar 9, the earliest they could come was Mar 28th. not very helpful
