After a couple of months working with the good sale person, signed a contract to purchase a top of the line fireplace insert. Our house is an older home and an old fireplace that was well built. Worked with the gas company to have a line installed and the day of installation they sent the best they had to start the project. After a few hours and a ton of head scratching the installer said he needed to talk to the boss about the complex installation.A couple of hours later I received a call from the boss saying that Airrow Heating would not be able to install the fireplace insert and that they were going to walk away from the sale and project.I was shocked and offered to call in experts, contractors, anything that would help them install what we wanted. The boss said, sorry but our field expert says it cant be done.I immediately called the other local heating and sheet metal company (GG) to come and take a look. A few days later their sales person arrived, they sell the exact same unit, and we began the process. Order was place, gas line was completed, fireplace insert was installed.The issue I have with Airrow is simple. No one came to look beside the sales person who said, sure no issue and the tech, who said no way. Boss never came to look. Owners never said sorry. Sales person was not at fault. If your install is a little complicated, call the other folks who have been in business for 30+ years. This place is either too busy to be bothered or under qualified to install complex high end equipment.Im very happy I went with someone else.Edit: You can see by the owners reply, they admit that a little further investigation was required and THEY chose it was better to walk away than take a closer look.Also note that they replied to my post within an hour. So obviously a negative review is more important. Sorry, but you and your company missed the point and I will continue to tell my friends and neighbors who they should use for their heating and cooling needs.

When our heater went down I called and spoke to very pleasant woman. She was able to provide a service tech the same day. Josh was respectful and courteous. The follow up visit by Josh and Kevin was much appreciated and helped us determine our need for a new furnace. We purchased a new furnace that was installed today. The guys that worked today were quick and efficient ( sorry I failed to remember their names. After the the install Phil and another service tech provided the commissioning as well as walking me through operational instruction. In all I had 7 people from Airrow that helped us through the process. Each was professional, courteous and very helpful. They are no doubt our heating company going forward. I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks Airrow team, job well done from start to finish.

Kevin came to our house today to look at our gas fireplace and our gas furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind to our two dogs. I cant even explain how nice it is to work with a contractor that shows up on time, does great work and leaves the house just the way they found it.

Your first impression is positive and professional. Even when I met the sub Garrett that I would be working with I felt positive, That is where it stops. Two missed meetings to wrap up the project with no response from their staff. Finally in frustration sent email saying I guess I am not a priority. Bottom line I wanted to support the locals but I guess they went fishing. I ended up going out of the area to get a professional.

Kevin, Steve, Dustin, and Gavin were all great and very professional. They helped us find the best deal and financing. Then they got the unit installed quickly and efficiently. I am happy with my new heat pump and furnace. My house is so much more comfortable now.

They were very good, on time and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

I called everywhere looking for a portable ac...during the fires around Newport...couldnt find one...I called and spoke to the owner of Airrow and he let me rent one that he had... I have a mother that was having breathing problems...he really helped me out.

These guys did a great job. Was having some issues with second story ducting and they made some changes during the install. Works great and we are very pleased. Would recommend.

First of all, the heating system is absolutely wonderful. it feels like a household pet that aims to make us as comfortable and happy as possible. then Gavin, who came to the house after installation to explain how to coax the best out of it, was terrific. thanks, Airrow!

He arrived on time, as scheduled and talked to us before the installation to confirm what it was we wanted. He installed both the inside and outside units both aesthetically and professionally. We called them out to diagnose an issue with our fireplace. He found the issue, but said that he wasn’t able to fix it because they no longer make the part. So we would need to replace the entire unit, and that would be around $5,000. I found the part online that needed to be replaced and when confronting him about it, he never responded. So I called another company to diagnose, and they were able to fix the problem for far less. Definitely don’t recommend at all, as they try to take advantage of you. I also see you respond to most of your reviews, but don’t waste your time responding to me 😉 I would also like to add, this review is on behalf of my mother as she does not have a google account. But I was a witness to all of it as well.

Our Arrow technician was very knowledgeable and shared different repair or replace suggestions and based on what we could afford we chose to repair the heating unit. Keith was our technician for the entire process. He repaired the unit in a timely manner and made sure it was running properly and went over the operation process. We would definitely chose Arrow for future repairs or updates.In addition, the office staff is top-notched. They were able to arrange for financing so we could get our repairs done right away. Thank you Arrow Staff!

From sales to installation 5 stars. Did the work on OUR schedule and completed the work in 1 day earlier than scheduled. Explained use of equipment and maintenance. Definitely recommend them for heating and cooling needs.

Prompt response to reinstall our minisplit that had been disconnected due to a sunroom being added to our home. (We had been without heat for a week before calling Airrow). Steve and Gavin were courteous and prepared with the items they needed to professionally complete the work. They kept us informed and gave us an estimate as to the materials and labor costs. We highly recommend Airrow to others.

I read all these great reviews, called to get an appointment set up for an estimate. They never called back. Cant even get a call back for setting up an estimate. What gives?

We received fantastic service during the install of our new heat pump system. There was a miscommunication or error during the installation. The installers set up an appointment to take care of it the next day as they didnt have the correct parts on hand. The next day the crew showed up exactly on time and fixed the problem very quickly. The installers were very professional and friendly. They installed the system in one day and gave me a run through on how to use it. Even after the installation I ran into an issue with the phone app. They spent all the time needed to make sure it was working properly and worked correctly.
