Very helpful store got everything I needed done over a long lunch with no appointment, the Verizon store required an appointment that was two days away.

Service was great. Answered all my questions. They were very professional.

The employee I worked with was Anthony K. He was extremely arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I finally went to a Apple Store and found out 1) he gave me the wrong phone 2)he was very misinformed about the information he gave me. They also told me he could have very easily solved my phone issues instead of telling me I HAD to go to. APPLE

Excellent, five star worthy customer service. This is the Verizon store you want to go to. Rob went WAY above and beyond to help us out in a pinch with an urgent lost phone situation. Great communication on his part with multiple parties, not to mention persistence to get us back up and running, all with a super friendly and helpful demeanor.

I have an apple phone and went to my geek store for help. They only made the situation worse. I then went to the Verizon store at 12515 Jefferson Ave., Suite 300, Newport News, VA 23602 and WOW!!!!! I cant begin to tell you how impressed I was with Ms. Alexis Brown. She was professional and most of all knowledgeable. She fixed my issues and helped me understand what she did to fix the phone and helped me know additional items that would help me in the future. What an asset Verizon has in her as a very pleasant and informative employee. Verizon you are VERY LUCKY to have her on your payroll. P. Jernigan

We are existing Verizon customers looking into changing to the new More of Everything plan along with upgrading 3 phones. Over 2 days I did online chats with 2 sales reps and phone calls with 2 people in sales and 1 customer service rep, and each person told me the previous person gave me bad information. We finally decided to go to a Verizon store where we could get straight info and walk out with a new plan and new phones. Based on previous poor experience at the local Verizon store and their awful reviews, and the great reviews for this GoWireless location, we decided to drive much further and give this place a shot. Great choice! We didnt have to wait 20 minutes to get help. Ariel is very knowledgeable, has a great positive attitude, gave us all the information we needed, answered every question we asked, showed us on the Verizon website which info the Verizon reps gave us (I brought a printout of the chats and phone call notes) was correct and which was wrong, and we left with a new service plan and a strategy for doing our phone upgrades. And even though this is an authorized retailer rather than a Verizon company store, theres no difference in the prices. Just far superior service. This is our new go-to location for Verizon services.

Horrible service. One employee on staff for black Friday. Finally had second employee come in later on at like 12 in the afternoon. Did not properly put screen protector on. Left back door open to safe and employee restrooms and confused customers. First employee behind counter wasnt knowledgeable and seemed very uninterested in his job. Smh

We came to upgrade my sons iPhone and honestly, I could not have asked for better service. Al was extremely helpful and patient. His vibrant and pleasant attitude was very refreshing. 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped in honestly to view some new products. Never my favorite thing to do this time of year with salesman breathing done your necks! But instantly walking in no pressure from Eric show me and my girlfriend some of the latest in tech. I then mentioned a small issue I was having with my iPhone 7 and the USB port absolutely no problems 5 minuets and he had me up and running and out the door! Will definitely be back to get the new iPhone X soon!

All except for a minor wait, the staff helped me with my personal usage needs. I was frustrated at first due to not being able to make choices online to fit my needs. However, Michael and staff did call check options for me in meeting my needs and very pleased with end result and service. THANK YOU!

I recently bought 2 phones here and the young lady(Ms Mays) was wonderful!! She took time to help me switch plans, transfer my contacts to my new phone and to explain many features that my new Galaxy Note 3 has, help me get an additional phone for my husband, and remained so pleasant throughout the whole process! She is extremely knowledgeable about the products available, efficient, and kind to help us elderly people.The store is nice too, but both employees were outstanding!!

Rob was amazing!!I went there wanting to get the new iphone after experiencing really horrible service at another verizon store, but Rob was able to help me not only get the phone, but also set it up. Then in addition to that he made sure to help me put the new screen protector on so it wouldnt have bubbles or anything in the screen!!

Shana was so helpful. She helped me figure out everything that was going on with my plan, and add additional items at the lowest possible price. Unlike most cell representatives, she didnt sugar coat anything and explained everything to me until I understood. DEFINITELY RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION, AND ASK FOR SHANA!

Shana was AWESOME at the Verizon in Newport News! She upgraded me and made everything easy and understandable for me. She even had a list of app recommendations to make my life easier. Best of all, her attitude and energy were wonderful! Give that girl a raise!

I came to store after being so upset that the corporate store down the road did not carry not one Samsung Galaxy phone (of any model). They call Hampton Corporate store and they didnt have it. Never did they recommend this store. I came to this store a bit apprehensive but Shawne Waite was phenomenal. She has above and beyond customer service experience, she found best options for me, helped me with selecting my phone. She was so great in explaining that I decided to purchase my daughter a phone, too. She is GREAT. I am thoroughly pleased and will return to this store for assistance. Not a fan of this place! When I stopped in a year ago to get internet setup, they would not give me a fair price for just fios internet. All they wanted to do was up sell me to one of their package deals. Right after talking to them, I went to the Verizon store near Best Buy on Jefferson and they were able to take care of me and give me a way better price. Almost $40 cheaper a month!

Was trying to go back to Verizon went from $90 a month with 2 phones and paying for i phone on plan.switched to Verizon was told bill from previous provider would be paid (still hasnt happened)was told bill would be $150 and now for some reason has been basically $175. What I get from this store is they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy and get phones on their plan. knew I should have just stuck with my 90 a month I was paying.
