A couple weeks ago, I was involved in a minor traffic accident with a Sunbelt Rental company truck. I was driving behind the truck when a piece of pipe became dislodged and bounced out of the bed of their truck, into the street, and up onto the hood and windshield of my car, causing minor damage.The driver and passenger from the Sunbelt Rental truck were both very polite. They asked me if I was hurt, they documented the damage, and they gave me Sunbelt Rentals information with dealing with this sort of thing.I was later called by a manager named Scott. He was also very nice to work with. Over the following week, Scott stayed in touch with me and helped me pay for the damages plus a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. I was back in my own car in just a few days.Overall, I am very satisfied with how everything worked out. Most of the time, car accidents and repairs like this dont go so smoothly. So, I am extremely appreciative of how Sunbelt Rentals handled everything. They have caring staff and great customer service. And, I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services, based solely on their character.Thank you Sunbelt Rentals.

Very Respectful and helpful to a young business owner

I came to the Newport News store to pick up a piece small piece of equipment attachment for a client who hired me through uShip. He bought it from your online auction site. When I got here at 2 in the morning we park outside the gate and waited for the location to open. At about 7:15 after theyve been there for a long time, I came in and spoke with a man named Junior. Junior was not happy to be at work today and verbalized that. He didnt feel like doing anything. He said that they dont load until 8am. For me to go outside and he will come get me at 8. Meanwhile other men were working loading equipment and moving things around in the yard. Junion kicked back in his chair, put his boots up on his desk and his hands behind his head and said to a coworker, i dont feel like being here anyways. So, i said ill juat be in my truck sitting on my thumbs. I called the 800 # to complain
