Their stuff is in good shape and price was reasonable

The man I dropped my tool off to was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I left in such a hurry I was so upset. I intend to call the manager and headquarters. Do not take anything for repair. Very disappointed🙁

Everyone here is so helpful, and friendly!I had the hardest time replacing the blade on my edger, so I called Home Depot, where I bought it. The woman on the phone said to just bring it in, and theyd find someone to help me. When I brought it in, a gentleman at the front desk actually carried it for me to the other side of the store, where Paul in tool rentals replaced it for me for no charge, and seemed happy to do so! Thanks guys! Ill definitely be back!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to drive an hour just to rent from these guys.
