If I could give 0 stars, I would! They are the WORSE at this location! I’ve been trying for 6 months to get assistance, but the reps don’t call back and ALL the managers seem to be in “calls” every time you call up there. They are a joke and full of it. A gold fish could do a better job than the staff working at Aerotek Newport News 🤦🏾‍♀️

Aerotek is one of the best temp agencies, I have ever worked with. Daquan Romero truly went above and beyond in placing me with a job as quick as possible. He practically treated me like family from the very first day. He was diligent and patient willing finding me something that was suitable for me. The atmosphere at Aerotek is very welcoming and joyful. You can tell they genuinely care about what works for you, instead of just placing you at any job like most temp agencies do. My experience during the entire process was nothing less than exceptional. These guys are very time considerate and are willing to help you at any means necessary.

I worked with Brianna at the Newport News location. She was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. From the time I went in to meet with her to when I got offered a job it was about a month and that was only because it fell between Christmas and New Years. I felt that Brianna and her manager really worked hard to find something that fell within the realm of what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Aerotek to anyone looking for a staffing agency and more specifically Brianna and her manager.

Horrible company to work for. You are disposable and they will let whatever company they pair you with treat you like dirt. They don’t care about anything you have to say and the recruiter I had wasn’t very rude after I got the job. I’d recommend going to a fast food restaurant before you settle for this company

Great temp agency to work for. They set you up with a job that best fits you and your experience. My recruiter is Sedale. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. Even if I have been on an assignment for awhile he always finds time to check up on me, ask how my experience is going, and reassures me if i need anything feel free to give him a call. The company itself is top notch. I would recommend this establishment if you are looking for a job. I would also recommend Sedale as a recruiter to work with because he is one of the best out there.

Ive worked with Aerotek now for 2 months. Getting paid has been a nightmare. Im locked into a 2 year contract with them. If youre reading this to find out if you want to work for them. Be warned. They dont care one bit about you.

Through Aerotek I was able to find a job very quickly. My recruiter, Brianna Sutton worked extremely hard to help me find a job that met all my needs. She was very patient, she called me throughout the week and kept me updated and made sure I was prepared for my interviews. i had a very good experience.

To everybody that has misdemeanors/felonies don’t waste your time going here. I went in for a consultation with one of the Aerotek workers there for a job and I told him I had no felonies but I had two misdemeanors from the past. I haven’t heard from them since.

All of my experiences within the last couple of months have been exceptional. Once Mr. Tyrell Noel was made aware of my interests and experience he went into action. He immediately sent me the information for the job in question and what the requirements were. Once I said I was interested thats all Mr. Noel needed. He sent the assessment link and let me know as soon as I was finished what the next step would be. He was always on top things and did not keep me guessing about what was next. He has been supportive and encouraging. I appreciate his enthusiasm, care and help he has given me during my search for employment. Aerotek is more then a staffing agency. It’s more of an open door to great opportunities. Within 2 days of applying I was interviewing for an awesome opportunity. My recruiter Jaris Scott was awesome. He answered my call on a Saturday! I went into the Newport News office with a question about orientation, Rachel dropped what she was doing to come out and assist me. There are many staffing agencies in the Tidewater area, however Aerotek is the only one that made me feel like I was an asset as opposed to the others that made me feel like I needed them.

I replied to an online job board application and by the next day somebody was in contact with me, had me set up with a job interview with Pepsi within a day or two and basically getting ready to go to work for them. They make you go through the entire process and wont bother to call you back with feedback on the interview. How is anyone to improve their interviewing skills if your recruiter wont even call you back. Youre better off going somewhere else...

Unfortunately I called the central office and left 4 messages on 4 different recruiters’s voicemails and no one called me back. When I finally get a hold of someone we set up 3, yes 3 phone interviews! and the young lady named Andrea (VA Beach) never calls me back. When I finally get in touch with her she doesn’t even have a good reason for not calling me for our a SCHEDULED interview. No consideration for people’s time is awful! It’s unfortunate that these recruiters sometimes have to deal with people that aren’t professional and they completely overlook a great candidate. I was pleased to see so many great reviews and opportunities with Aerotek, but when you can’t move on to the next part of the process it leaves a very bad impression. I am not interested in anything this company has to offer. One star because I am not able to leave my review unless I choose one. 👎🏼

Aerotek is a good agency to go through when you are employed with them. Once you depart, they mail your last check which mine got lost and they could not tell me where it was. The check was issued Sept 6th and Now its Sept 21st and they just put a stop payment on the check that was issued on the 6th. Candace told me that the check was going to be sent over night and I could pick it up today. Then, I called back and she says it isnt there and I may have to wait until Monday. I have been misinformed a lot and I am not happy that I do not have my check. I do have responsibilities to take of. They dont care about you when youre not associated with them anymore.
