This place is growing on me. They surely do their best to keep you happy with a clean ride. My daughter goes here to have her car washed and oil changes. I looks like an oil change with a free wash to boot. Friendly folks working there too.

Completely unprofessional, one manager says one thing and the other says another both completely condescending. Given a quote and then was denied that quote by the other manager . Needless to say I did not use their service, I was already told to not go there but decided to give them a chance. Imagine going to a “family business” and then dealing with all of that. I bought a platinum car wash for $34.95. They did not vacuum the cargo area as I asked, they didnt wipe down the inside of the doors, cup holders, or any trim except the very top of the dashboard and the steering wheel. I am very disappointed. And the wash took off the trim on my brand new vehicle. And their response, call the dealership, they must not have put them on right. The outside is not clean on the edges where they should wipe it. Basically I could have saved $30 and drive through at the gas station for the same service. I will not return here again.

Below average.They claimed they vacuumed out my vehicle, but as soon as I opened the back seat there was a candy wrapper left behind and visible dirt that a vacuum could have EASILY picked up if they were even remotely attentive. I believe more that they just washed off my all-weather mats and put them back; I dont believe ANY vacuuming was done to the carpet at all. I had somewhere to be, so I didnt ask them to go back and do it properly at the time, but since I was talked into pre-paying for my next wash (I should have waited to see the quality of service first), I definitely will be asking for better quality if the same thing happens again.

Great place! Clean and well taken care of! And wasnt crowded like most car washes. Didnt feel the pressure you get finished like most crowded car washes.

This morning in the very cold temps I noticed a man outside of this car wash with a welcome sign.I am glad I stopped. The employees are friendly especially the female that worked today. They did a great job on my SUV. I am very happy with their service.

Car wash was sub par. I went back to get corrected as the front of my Jeep was still unclean. Covered with bug mess from a road trip. Manager said I sorry your vehicle is not designed to go through my wash and I reminded him that I waited while his crew went around wiping down my jeep, cleaning windows, spare tire etc. He kind of blew me off at that point. I pulled up a few inches and he went off on me and started walking away. At that point I said he could expect to see this review and as I started to leave he pointed his finger at me in a threatening manner. Hollering something as I drove off.

The employees are always polite & I love having the option of getting a full car wash at a really good price & they do an excellent job.

The service was beyond what I expected. My car went in dirty and came out like it was a brand new car. Chris and his team did a phenomenal job! Ill be back again in the future.

I have been going to this car wash for years and I am never disappointed. The staff is friendly and they always do a great job. It is usually a quick process compared to other places I have been and the prices are reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner, Bob. I had a disaster in the area while traveling - somehow parked in an anthill and my car became infested, note: my brand new car. Bob walked me through the best way to eliminate (bug fogger)and then met me on his day off to help reassure me they’d get my car back to new and get all cleaned for me. Great job.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! Manager and staff were friendly and Brett did an excellent job detailing my car. Floor mats and carpet look and smell clean and he did a great job restoring /conditioning the leather and removing stains that have been there for years. He also cleaned all of the door jams and the trunk jam in addition to shampooing the trunk carpet. And, to top it off, he gave me a complimentary external wash/wax when I only paid for inside detailing. Nice!

I dont like to spend a lot on car washes. Here, I get an excellent job washing and hand drying my Mercedes for just $6.95. An awesome value in my opinion. Staff are friendly and there are other wash options available.

Good wash and oil change spot been going for years

Paid today for the Ultimate Wash and to have my upholstery/carpets cleaned, for which I paid $100+. They did a great job on the carpet, seats and outside wash, but my center console, doors, and inside the rear hatch (Jeep Compass) were not even touched. Asked the gentlemen to go back out there to clean them as it was part of the package, but he still didnt do a complete job and with it raining and my car out in it, I didnt see the point in having him go back out there to work on it again and let rain get all in the car. Nice people, but probably will not go back as I prefer attention to detail.

Poor customer service. Tried to make an appointment to get my car detailed! Wouldn’t provide estimate, nor tell me exactly what their details include. Spoke with rep who turned me over to a rude owner who hung up the phone on me! Why ask your customers to drive all the way to your location not knowing what they are expected to spend? An estimate is just that; an estimate, but it should provide a ballpark price. Don’t waste your time at this place! Look for a more professional business that speaks kindly to their customers and makes an effort to get their business. They were nasty and didn’t even have my car yet! Can’t be trusted. I certainly wasn’t gonna deal with them! They deserve zero stars, but 1 is minimum score required to post!

EEmployee is unprofessional and spends a lot of time with his local buddies...my last two buys at #2 combined with tip amounts to over $60.Have been visiting this car wash for over 10 years and very, very unhappy with the gentleman who drives the black Chevy impala thats parked up front

If I could give this place - starts I would. I typically dont give bad reviews. My first time going to this car wash self service side because the also offer them to wash. So the cash wash I pulled into screen was cracked so I couldnt tell my minutes. I spent over $8.00 in the machine and it stopped on me in the middle of the wash. I had to put more change in the machine just to wash off the remaining soap. Other car washes offer deal when you spend a certain amount at the self serve. This one didnt. I just wanted to wash my truck real quick and leave. I will try this car wash one more time to see if my experience changes. Again I dont like posting bad reviews hopefully the company can fix certain issues and if my experience is better I will change my review.

Where do I start! Before I even purchased a wash, I asked what each package includes. I was interested in the $34.95 premium wash the girl said thats the prime package, they wash and clean everything, door jams, wheels, tire dressing windows, spray wax. Well in 15 minutes they called and said it was ready. Went outside, my car was still dirty. I pointed out that my car wasnt even dried all the and the bottom and front of the car was still filthy. I told the guy, he said maam, Im not doing all of this! Some other girl came over and said sometimes that happens, there is nothing we can do! The guy started cussing at me! I said for $34.00 my car should be spotless, because thats what the package includes. He said, Well maam, just dont come back! Dont worry, I wont. I also tipped $5 prior to seeing the car because they make you put it in this box inside! It was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. The woman and the guy were the nastiest people Ive ever dealt with in a customer service setting! And still left $40 out of pocket, and a dirty car that I had to go home and redo myself! Fair warning to anyone who considers this place! Its terrible.

Auto Bell who???? This places puts Auto Bell to shame. One of the best car wash places I have been to a long time. They take great care of your vehicle and have awesome customer service. Plus from what it looks like they take care of their employees. Ill definitely be back in the future.

Both times I’ve tried to come here they are closed and the last time was less than 10 minutes after I called to see if they were open.

I purchased the premium wash! I must say the outside of my car was looking good. Once inside my car it seemed barely touched. My mats looked as if wasn’t clean like they just shook off the dirt. Certain spots wasn’t vacuumed, certain spots wasn’t wipe down. Just horrible service. Further more my car had a mildew/musty smell as if they used dirty rags or old water to clean. I will not spend my hard earn money there ever again.Oh yeah after I paid before I even can sit down. The lady behind the counter says “there’s a tip jar by the door” Really! I left a tip before I knew how horrible my car service was. Never no more. I’ll wait until I see some Boy Scouts or high school doing a fund raiser to wash my interior of car next.

Went to the car wash a few days after snowfall to get undercarriage cleaned. They advertised $24 95 with under car cleaning. After the car was completed, I pointed out that I did not see the undercarriage wash applied as I watched from inside. I go there often, so I know what to expect. Workers said “the windows were dirty so you could not see it applied”. After pointing out the problem on a pickup truck that followed my car, the owner came up. He said “don’t bust my balls over it (the cleaning), is cold outside”. He offered to take off $2. He came over later and gave me a free wash coupon. And asked why I did not look happy with that. I told him he missed the point, that if the undercarriage work could not be done, ok, just don’t charge for it. He said “I should be down on my knees thanking him for being open”. I’ll find another business to use...

I come to wash my truck and the machine took $2 worth of quarters only. Being that I didnt have that on me walked inside to see if I couldnt hey change. Waited 5 minutes and some dude finally came to the front to say shell be with you in a second. Waited another 12 minutes and left, no one else was there except for a woman speaking somewhat vulgarly in Spanish on the phone (I guess she assumed I couldnt understand) and no one came to help. Im usually a fairly patient person but come on now, almost 20 minutes to get some damn quarters so I can wash my truck. The only good thing is the vacuums did work well and stay on for some time.

If you want a half ass job done this the place to go..I think thats the reason you pay first. I went there today paid and when I got my car nothing was wiped down the windows were half done and the guy tells me I guess they didnt do it before they gave it to me. Then when I asked if he could wipe it down he had a attitude. Worst place I have ever been for a car wash. Dont waste your money.

They were very very very rude to my mother for no good reason. She does social services so shes mastered the art of patience and never got an attitude, not like the supervisor of this place. He slammed her doors open and banged one of her mirrors to the side in a way it is not supposed to. There was no reason to act the way he did. Moms car didnt look very good after the service. She was very politely asking the man to wipe the streaks another worker had left behind on her windows. The guy was clearly under a lot of pressure and she even acknowledged this and insisted she would be patient if he would do the same. But that treatment was not returned. We wont be coming back.

I went in for an Oil change and noticed they had pulled Synthetic oil, so I notified them I did not want Synthetic. They then informed me that they were out of regular 5w - 30 but they would have to run to Advance auto and get some which I actually thought was pretty good customer service. But thats where it all feel apart. Their posted prices are as follows, regular oil change $41.95, synthetic $79.95. Well when it was all said and done I was charged $75.99. I questioned this and was told your truck takes two extra quarts of oil @ 7 dollars per quart ok good explanation. But after a little quick math, that still didnt seem quite right $41.95 + $14.00 ($7.00 * 2) is only $55.95 and tax is not $20. When I questioned again I was told, oh, those prices on that board are not correct. Well what do you say to that? At best they are inept and at worst they are thieve that post one price then charge you something else. Either way I dont want them working on my car.

Reasonable prices for getting your car washed and vacuumed. Self car wash stalls are also available as well as vacuums. The place can also do some preventive car maintenance but I cant offer any insight on that.

There was a time (circa 2007) when I would have rated this place 5 stars. Unfortunately things have changed and my last few visits have been disappointing. Today I purchased the most expensive wash they sell ($32.95) and had to ask to have my parts of my cars interior wiped down because it was in awful condition. After leaving I opened my trunk and discovered that it hadnt been vacuumed out.Ten years ago this would have been unthinkable. Im sad to say that I probably wont be back. I try to support local businesses but they have to do their part, too. Hopefully they can turn things around, because this used to be a wonderful carwash.

I had small tree sap drops all over my white truck, so I went to them hoping their Platinum special would take care of it. My truck is clean, but the drops are still there. I couldve did this at home. I was hoping for a more detailed work. I got what I paid for.

They take pride in what they do and I really appreciate that. My car looked much better than when I hand wash it because they take their time after to wipe it down (for an additional cost, but well worth it).

Ive been to this wash several times and dont think Ill go anymore. Ive paid for full service washes and still had to ask them to dry off areas such as the roof and the rear cargo door....on the outside. I recently did the quick wash and run figuring I knew I wasnt going to get a dried off car. Didnt know they used duct tape to hold down my rear wiper, not painter tape like all other car washes. Now Im still trying to clean off all the residue left on my wiper blade and window.

On Saturday, June 2, 2018, I arrived at the car wash/full service establishment for headlight restoration. The gentleman was working on an oil change for a SUV. He and his customer looked at my headlights and informed me that they was beyond working on and he couldnt do it. He basically didnt want to take 30 minutes of his time to complete the job because thats how long it took Treadquarts located at 13781 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, to complete the restoration. Carl and his team were super professional. My headlights look wonderful! You have lost a customer because he lied.., had me thinking Id have to replace my headlights, shame on you!

Not much to say. I paid for a $6 car wash and the quality matches the price.

My car was still dirty. I had to get a towel from their basket and re-wipe parts of the car. It seems that the employee did not put any effort into thoroughly wiping the car. My windshield was also still dirty on the inside. This is my second bad experience, shame on me! Just wash it yourself.

I love this place, I take my car their every weekend. They are professional and courteous.

Just went there for the first time today; I havent had the chance to clean my car in a while, so I thought Id stop there for the $4 wash and run. Ive never had to get out of my car before, so I thought that was a bit of inconvenience. Then, I had to sign a form because my mirrors didnt fold in. Ive never had to do that before either. It took a little while for me to get my car at the end. But you would think that for the time it took, my car would be clean. It wasnt! I still had dirt streets here and there on my car! I saw they had taped down my rear wiper, bet the tape was still on the car! Good thing I didnt turn it on! And, there was still dirt around the blades!And to top it all off, my front license plate was bent! I discovered that once I got home, along with the dirt that was still on my car. Im just glad that it didnt tear up the front bumper of my car! Ive been to carwashes plenty of times before, and my plate has NEVER been bent!😠 One of the girls said if I want to, to leave a tip in the jar outside. Good thing I didnt! Im definitely not going back, even though I got a $2-off coupon! I think Ill stick with Auto Bell!

Kinda old school. Not as up to date as some of the newer car washes with multiple vacuums. But they have attendants to hand dry and detail your car if you choose that option.

I waited for an hour to be able to get my car vacuumed and when it was almost done I went to open the back of the car it wasn’t vacuumed and the cup holders wasn’t vacuumed either. Then the guy who was drying the car had attitude problem because I had to say are you going to dry the top of the car and then had to say about wiping something else.

Easy self wash and go. Washed an entire van for less than $5.

I never write reviews but Ill take the time out to write this one. I just called this place because I heard they give discounts to associates who work for the company Im employed by. I was calling to verify prior to actually visiting. The woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and would not give me a direct answer. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Definitely not a business I will give my money to.

This was once upon a time the state-of-the-art Denbigh carwash, a very good and meticulous carwash for relatively reasonable prices (it was never cheap). Evidently it has changed ownership: nothing has been updated or improved, although the signs have been jury-rigged with inflated prices, and today I paid $15.95 for what appeared to have been a soap and rinse exterior job—not even a wash of the rubber floor mats—or a swipe of the interior glass or a vacuuming—I guess I will give them two stars, as they do not seem to have damaged anything. But I won’t be back again, and I barely recommend it to others.

The guy would just stand around on his phone, wasting time instead of finish detailing my car, and after the few areas the he supposely been working were still dirty. It Then their machines ripped off my front license plate, and they said they didnt see me having one before I came. Ofc course I had one and they found it 10 minutes later. The other guy was nice enough and offered me to put it back on. Pretty low quality, thou few workers are decent. Definitely not coming back.

With the basic car wash + hand dry + vacuum service option at $17, its quite an easy and fairly inexpensive way to quickly get your car cleaned of all of the road and salt grime after a snowy season. They have self-service bays too but the price for 4-5 minutes starts around $1.50-2.00 and may be missing some crucial options like a spot-free final rinse. The full service team that I mentioned earlier did do a good job the other day, including putting the nice seal and shine on my tires. The staff are hit-and-miss friendly though and it may feel a little awkward at times interacting with them, to the point that sometimes I actually feel kind of guilty like I may be bothering them just by trying to get a car wash or when paying for it.UPDATE: Whether you want someone to do the work for you or feel like doing it yourself, this car wash has both services available. A bit pricier though for the 4 self-service washing stalls than in Gloucester and the highest valet service is Platinums $33. However, even with that cost, sometimes their attention to detail is lackluster where you may have just wanted to take longer ddoing it yourself. Inside, theres a few seats, a drink machine, and toilets while you wait.

They do a good clean job. Going to get car waxed this weekend so we see how they fair with that.

I went to get an oil change and car wash. Walked in blonde lady rudely told me I needed to go through the car wash before paying. So I gave them my car to start washing and came back in to tell someone what services I needed and she told me to just have a seat till its done... So I wait and Im watching this guy about to pour the wrong oil in my car. I stop and tell him my car only takes SYNTHETIC OIL and he changes it but if I wouldnt have said something it would have caused some problems. He told me usaully customer tell us before hand I told him in front of the rude blonde lady I tried but all she told me was to sit down and wait....yeah wait for you to mess up car no thanks. And she didnt apologize or explain her rudeness just ignored it completely. I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR COME BACK worse than jiffy lube if that is saying anything.
