Overall a good car wash. They were busy as well, since it was a nice Saturday afternoon. A Ford F250 XLT diesel fit through the automated wash just fine. Plenty of towels in each of the vacuum stations to wipe down your vehicle. All purpose cleaning spray was supplied as well. My only problem was with the vacuums on both sides of the station I used, they were barely working properly. Almost like they needed to have their vacuum tanks emptied out or there was a clog somewhere in the hose.

Very nice facility, staff friendly and courteous. The kids love the colored lights and the colored soap. Very nice vacuuming system and drying area, they Supply cleaning towels multi cleaner and glass cleaner for your use. Are there monthly car wash program is very nice you can wash your car every day of the week if you would like. Very convenient four on the way to work or on the way home.

I had a bad experience with a company cleaning my car. I went to other carwashes but wasnt satisfied. Two weeks went by and I didnt want my coworkers to see my car in a mess so I went to riptide car wash. I was reading the menu to see what I wanted and one of the specialists that work there came help me. He didnt have to do that but he did and upon driving through I gave them a tip. As I went around to park to clean my car myself the area was spacious and I really like the small blower to get between and into the cracks and hard to reach places. The suction of the vacuum was excellent! They offer cleaning solutions and clothes. This is the only place I seen that does it this way. When I went to work my coworkers immediately stressed to me how clean my car was and I told them about my experience and not just one a few. I really enjoyed cleaning my car up myself. You know what some say If you want something done..... I know I will return.

This was my first time using Riptide Car Wash and the experience was so amazing. Admittedly I hadnt washed my war is several years and the dirt was caked on. I asked the attendant if he thought going through would take it off and he said if it didnt he would call the manager and they would allow me to go through again. The first run though it took a good majority off but there was still come caked on. The manager (I didnt get his name, but he was a dark haired main with a beard) Told me to go ahead and drive through again and he and another attendant scrubbed the car before it went through. They were all so kind and I was so impressed that they cared enough to let me go though again without charging me. Thank you so much for your kindness. I will make sure to tell everyone how kind all of the workers were and I will be back for sure.

This car wash is absolutely great. The client service attendants are wonderful. I really enjoyed the lights on the inside. Ill definitely go again.

This is the second time I’ve used Rip Tide. Both times I am beyond impressed with the quality of the wash! The car always comes out looking great and the after wash products that you can use for inside are fantastic! Not to mention the customer service is outstanding! My car was covered in bugs from a road trip to the OBX, they took the extra time to help scrub them off! Then my daughters bracelet got sucked up and the gentleman took the time to take the vacuum cleaner apart and help us retrieve it! They are so kind! Great car wash! We will be coming back from Gloucester just to use this place!!! Worth every penny!!

Love this place. Hands down best car wash ever. Even for the $10 wash its worth it. I always take my son with me and he loves going through. Even though when I have him I dont stop for the vacuums, Im pretty happy with the wash. When I do stop for the vacuums, its worth it.

Great if you need a quick car wash. The only complaint I have is that my rims never come out completely clean. I have to hand wipe them myself even after the $20 car wash. Other then that, car always looks great when done and thos is super convenient and fast. Line usually moves quickly.

I had the best experience here, the customer service was great and I love how they have the detailing cleaner and rags by the vacuums to get an even deeper clean in your car, the free vacuums after the wash make all the difference. Affordable, great experience and the tire shine actually shines and cleans your tires!!!

Im really torn. I like going here but after using my debit card there, fraudulent charges appeared on my account. I have been back since but I would encourage you to use a credit card and not your debit card. Outside of that its a great car wash, love not having to feed a machine quarters for vaccumm. Love the towels and cleaning supplies, love being able to take my time.

First time here, but you pay for the car wash and and they have rags for to to dry your vehicle, armour, window cleaner and the vacuum is free. Nice deal. Pricey ! But I guess that youre paying for all of the extras freebies . The line be long, but it moves pretty fast

I’ve been using this wash since they opened, and for good reason. The $20 wash gets the car as clean as I expect and need, the vacuums are free to use and they provide cleaning solution and rags. Beyond that, their customer service is consistently good and positive.Turns out you don’t need a whole light show experience (looking at you, Cool Wave Washplex)—you just need a good wash and good service.

I pay for the hammer head wash with the monthly pasa, but they never have all the lights lit, so that means im not getting what i pay for, i pay for the $25 but im really getting the $12, very disappointed, feeling like Im being ripped off at rip tide.. this has happened on my last 12 washes, spending over a months time.. i never get what Im paying for 🤬

The $25 option didnt even get the bugs off my windshield. Nice to have free vacuums, but Ill only use the cheap option in the future.

Car always comes out dirty, but the vacuums and cleaners for the interior are greatly appreciated and the fast pass makes it easy to go back frequently with all the pollin, rain, and dirty water in the car wash.

They have vacuums that work great as well as high pressure air that can help to reach the hard to get areas under seats, with every car wash you get to use the vacuums FREE!! Also have free rags and all purpose cleaner as well as window cleaner for you to use. They also have a floor mat station for you to wash your mats. Definitely the most BANG for your $$$.

I like this car wash but the car wash scratches the car with deep scratches every time. Not work the repair of car. If it didnt scratch it would be a great place.

Best car wash Ive ever been to. They say only 10 minutes to clean out your car but Im usually here for 30mins after I get the wash. They dont pester you to hurry up and they come by from time to time asking do you need anything

I’m very hopeful.Signed two vehicles up for unlimited membership when they had the $9.99 a month special. Last month it went up to $39.99 each. Tried to make contact via email to cancel one membership and nothing. Even spoke with an attendant that got the barcode number last week to cancel and got charged today for two memberships. It’s impossible to cancel and you can not get a hold of anyone. Might be easier to just cancel your card!

Since the manager left the service has declined tremendously. I got stuck inside the washer for more than 3 minutes and noone offered an explanation. I came back later in the week and the new person only prepped half my car and only did the drivers side for the bug removal. I cancelled my membership because of this.

I’ve been to this car wash twice before with no issues at all, but the last time I went, the car wash ripped off the top of my side view mirror and a part of my roof! My car was perfectly fine beforehand but the brushes in this car wash can be really rough on the car.Luckily a nice employee was able to locate the missing piece, hence the 2 stars. There is a sign before you enter saying that they are not responsible for any damage, so be careful!

Car wash is good and the staff are helpful and courteous. They provide vacuums, air gun, towels and cleaners for detail work. Unfortunately the mat scrubbing machine broke down while I was using it and one of my mats was ripped trying to extract it. A bit expensive too.

By far the best spot to get your car washed! After you run your vehicle through the wash you can use their free vacuums which have awesome suction. They even have bottles of window and all purpose cleaner for your use at no extra charge. If I werent moving out of the area I would definitely purchase the monthly plan.

Excellent customer service!! I had a issue with my credit card nothing wrong with their system and instead of sending me home with a dirty car the manager gave me a free car wash!! And was super sweet and understanding!! I would recommend using this car wash as well!!! For a drive threw car wash my car was spotless!! I love this place. I have a monthly membership so all I have to do is pull up and it reads the chip in window and knows me and what kind of wash I get. Also has free vacuums and they provide window cleaner, tired shine and rags.

My go too for a weekly wash every week

A little over a week ago I visited this car wash I pay for a membership. The paint on my car was removed by one of their sprayer jets. The GM admitted fault and said it Was caused by one of the Jets in the wash. He apologized for it causing damage to my car. It took them a week and a half to get back to me to tell me know because it was pre-existing. They said they were viewed the cameras but then they also said that they could not get into the cameras because of some issue. So for one they’re lying.The general manager admitted fault and the owner is saying that he didn’t admit fault. I will never be using this car wash again due to the fact that they have crummy people working there. My friend also pays for a membership and it broke his antenna and put three dings on his car as well. But yet the car wash supposedly doesn’t damage peoples cars.

Dont wear tights if you have a plasma

Pretty good car wash. Doesn’t dry that well, I usually have to wipe it down after. Sometimes it can be hard to get a spot at the vacuums too. Overall I would recommend it when it’s not busy.

It was stressful for me was my very 1st time there i didnt realize you had to drive up on a platform for one so i had to back out an try it again my wheel was scrapping so again o had to back up once more than once i got it on right i kept my car in the drive position.... I thought i had to drove threw nope i was wrong i had to switch it to nuteral finally got it together half way out the drive threw the side mop thingy broke my driver side mirror i put in a complaint staff to pictures an stated they seen it on camara still waiting to hear from some one now its been 4weeks will NOT return.

They have an awesome digital display of flashing colored lights throughout the wash tunnel that fascinated my almost - two year old and felt a little like a disco party! Fun!! I purchased a monthly membership here when it opened. Its a GREAT car wash. The facility is brand new and being able to clean your interior with the free vacuums and cloths for your glass and all purpose cleaner is awesome. With the membership I can was my car as frequent as I like...and I dont have to stop and deal with the payment kiosk...just drive right through.

Ive used Riptide a couple times. I always get the cheap $8 wash, which does a good enough job for my needs. They have free vacuums with a wash ($2 without a wash), as well as microfiber towels, multiple cleaning solutions, pressurized air nozzles, and trash cans for detailed cleaning. There is a 10 minute limit on the vacuums if they are busy, but Ive never had to worry about that. Im able to get a real good clean car each time I drive off the lot.

I have only had my monthly membership for a short while. I called repeatedly last month to have my membership canceled (I called well before the 7 days prior to the end of the month) as I was moving from the area. I even sent an email to the gmail account listed on my receipt (June 19th to be exact) stating my desire to have it cancelled. I was able to speak to one employee on the phone one time, who took down my information and said the owner would call me back. That never happened. RipTide again charged my bank account today, going against the agreement that both consumer (myself) and the business owner (RipTide) agreed to. Do not bother with the membership unless you like having your communication go unanswered and have your money taken. The car wash isn’t even that good for the amount you pay.

Okay, I signed up for the $39.99 dollar membership and I must say I absolutely love it. I even had a minor altercation and the manager Anthony went out of his way to fix it. He is very professional and will go out of his way to make sure you have outstanding customer service. They know how to do business. I would highly recommend.
