Denee is a true professional and makes you feel special and in-charge of the experience she provides. Very personable and efficient and even goes beyond the haircut offering specialized services. You will not be disappointed and will be a repeat customer for sure! If I lived here full-time, she would definitely be my barber all the time!

This barber shop is great, follows COVID guidelines, has extremely reasonable prices, friendly barbers... all that good stuff. What puts them over the top for me is how comfortable my boys feel with their barber D. Not only is D amazingly patient with them but actually *listens* to them. The first haircut is always the hardest and they loved it.. jumped out the chair grinning ear to ear lol. In the past, we went to a highly recommended barber but the haircut always ended in tears.. the barber always nicked the back of my kid’s ears. When it didn’t happen with D, he said D was his barber for life 😂 AND you can always get a hold of someone! I hate trying to set up appointments and getting voicemail.. I shouldn’t have to track you down to give you my money😩 never ever been a problem here

Denee is hands down best barber in the area. Her ability to cut and braid was a time saver for my son. My sons have different grades of hair and whether you want a simple fade or intricate design her work will always be of quality. Amazing service and professional.

I have been a customer and fan of Affrimative Cuts for quite a while. Denees hands are touched by Gawd. She cuts, braids, does locs and loc re-twist and can put just about any design you can think of in the back, front, top, or side of your head. She can also give you a facial. Check out her Instagram with the same name if you think Im lying. Shes extremely focused and beyond professional. Shes also educated on and continues to study hair health, which is the icing on an already delicious cake! Trust you will not be disappointed!
