The technicians at this business are rude and intolerable. I witnessed them push a car into another and then went ahead and acted like it didn’t happen. I’m sure the customers will be thrilled with any damage incurred. These people have no respect for their customers nor do they appreciate the responsibility entrusted to them. Take your business elsewhere if you value your equipment.

I would have gave this company 5 stars, but the receptionist took 2 stars away. She is the most rudest receptionist I met. No customer service skills what so ever. If it wasnt for my previous warranty, I would have immediately stepped out.Dear Betz Automotive,For the sake of your company, find another receptionist. First encounters mean everything. Dont think Im making any referrals to your business because of her. She was rude then and she is even rude now.

Knew I needed a new thermostat put in car, left the car there 3 days, they never touched it, retrieved it still needing the repair. Have gone in the past for car repair.
