I had an amazing experience with State Farm. The staff is professional and informative of products and services. State Farm is the best choice not only for car insurance but it feels amazing to know someone cares about your well being and has your best interest at heart. I worked with Stacy, who is also the Office Manager for the Agency. She was simply excellent. She did an outstanding job of determining the best insurance for my new second residence in Williamsburg, VA but also suggested beneficial changes to my automobile and primary residence policies in Pennsylvania, even though her agency would not benefit from those changes. Stacy even called my agent in Pennsylvania to explain what she had recommended and why. Needless to say, my PA agent was extremely complimentary of how Stacy handled this.Stacy was very professional, pleasant and easy to work with . She clearly explained everything about the policy and process in the detail that I wanted, including for the answers to all of my many questions. She even followed up by phone and email to make sure closing went as planned on my house and to alert me that a State Farm representative would be coming out to view the outside of my home so I wouldnt be alarmed.Assuming Stacys performance is typical for this agency, I would recommend them highly to everyone.

We were having trouble with getting a rental car after and accident. The person who caused the accident had State Farm. We walked into Pattys office and even though she was not their agent, she helped us. We were able to get a rental car, with the coverage we needed. Patty even followed up with an email to check on us. We will be switching. So much better than a 1-800 number and a lot of time on hold.
