I just switch insurance. I have been with my old company for 30 years and called to talk with Jimmy. he was very professional and took the time to talk to me and find better coverage then my old company for less money. changed both my house and car saved 900 a year. I did have lower quotes from some other companies, but it was the service I got from the whole staff from the every first minute I called that made me go with Jimmy and his people. Today I went to Jimmy Fay looking to get a better quote for my renters, auto and life insurance. Not knowing or understanding much other than I was paying a lot more with my current plan. My State Farm agent of 30 years recently retired so I was hesitant going into a meeting with my new agent, Jimmy Fay. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from his first greeting. He never acted as if he was rushed, bored or uninterested.He answered any questions and made suggestions on moving forward with the different insurance policies I have. I was amazed when I realized he had spent two hours with me; he makes the insurance trail a bit easier to navigate and seems to be really interested in steering his clients in the right direction. I made the right decision on sticking with State Farm and Jimmy Fay.
