Paul and Kendall were professional and on time. They did a wonderful job of cleaning my ducts and vents as well as communicating to me what they were doing. I didn’t have to ask them to wear face mask, they showed up to the door with them on, which was a great relief to me. Also kudos to Zachary who gave me the estimate and went a step further to determine why my ducts were sweating under the home. I’m very happy with the service and professionalism. From the first call with Debbie who was also very professional and provided great follow up. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent team. They worked very well together and were very methodical with their process with little interruption to our business activity (Atlantic Yacht Basin). Their tools and equipment to do the job were high quality. You could tell they were properly trained and the job was completed with cleanliness. Desks and floor were cleaned. No complaints here and well use Sanair again.

We use this company from time to time at the community where I work in Hampton, VA. They are always on time, always communicative about what is going on and what to expect the day they are scheduled, and they are always very pleasant to work with as well. Last Friday, we needed them on the fly. Typically, they are pretty busy and you have to know that you may have to schedule out a week or so, just the nature of their business, totally understandable.In this case, we had a big need for a certain situation and they were able to schedule us for next day (which was Friday). The story is a long one, I will spare you but I want it to be known that this company rocks! Though they got behind that day and let us know about it, they wanted to try to reschedule. I normally would have easily said yes. I understand that things happen, its life! Things come up that sometimes you cannot predict or expect. However, in this case, we really really needed them that day. They heard the angst in my voice, told me theyd call me back, would make no promises, but wanted to see what they could make happen if anything. After about ten minutes, they called back and said they could make it happen. That call saved the day and Tina made all of that happen. Thank you, Tina!We got one more call from Tina letting us know what was happening and a better ETA and that San Air team (Zach and Ricky) showed up just before 5PM for us AND for our resident. Today, I learned from our resident that they were there until almost 8PM to get the job done. She was so happy with their work and so thankful they showed up and stayed! And, all on a Friday night! She has reported that the situation (which they were there to improve) is much better and moving in the right direction still. We cannot thank San Air ENOUGH!THIS is what its all about. Obviously they do not work past 5PM, that is not their norm. But, they made that happen and their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer is AMAZING. You dont always find that these days. Typically when we use them and they arrive during the business day, they are prompt and on time. They explain their findings after doing the job and they are very pleasant to work with. You can expect the same thing as a customer too. We will continue using them and we are so thankful for their giant efforts last week! Big thanks!

My wife Hired these guys to do a duct cleaning, and they seemed like good trustworthy guys . I told them how to lock up and went on to work .I came back home and everything seemed fine until I saw my fridge was slightly open . I look at the camera I have in the kitchen because my front door is in the kitchen and 2 of the technicians both went into my fridge looking at our things and proceeded to take Gatorade’s . Highly unprofessional I do not recommend

Needed to have ducts and vents cleaned in 2 rental properties and rembered I had used Sanair in the past at my own house. They did a great job then and very good job now. One of tenants gave them a 5star rating, she was very pleased.

A technician from another company had other work to do in the same area. He complimented us on the high quality of the work done by the SANAIR techs. Now theres something you dont hear very often!

I booked an appointment with this company because of their NADCA rating. They was late to show even after I called to check on my appointment time. The gentleman left the dryer duct cleaning off the estimate, which I really wanted/needed. They told me they would do it for no additional charge. I feel that is what real customer service is all about. If provide a service and mess up, do what even is reasonable to make it right, and you will have a customer for life. I will use them again!

Ive already added them to my calendar NEXT YEAR for same service. The gentlemen were neatly uniformed, clean and politely introduced themselves upon their early arrival. The technicians that came to clean my dryer vent were professionals and I believe that they did a good job. I needed a receipt to provide to our management company and the staff did their best to supply me with a receipt that could be forwarded on.

Outstanding service and result! We could not be any more pleased. SANAIR professionals worked all day to complete a thorough cleaning of our two-zone home HVAC system and we are already feeling the better quality air in our home. This was the first professional cleaning of our homes air ducts in the 20 years weve been in the home. We have had some sinus and lung allergy issues develop over the past year, but after 48 hours of having our ducts professionally cleaned by SANAIR and the allergy issues have been greatly reduced. We were so very pleased with the two professionals who came and performed such an outstanding job. If youve never had your homes HVAC duct work professionally cleaned or its been a while since you have, we highly recommend SANAIR to do the work. They were just fantastic. Thank you for helping us alleviate a lingering health issue that we had believed was attributed to air quality in our home.

SANAIR did an awesome job cleaning my dryer vent. The exterior vent was not accessible but the guys took it in stride and found a way to complete the job via the attic on a super hot day...going forward I will only use SANAIR
