Great service all the way around. We couldn’t be more pleased. The dispatcher was super nice and incredibly helpful to our situation. Miranda our driver was the best. She arrived early, got our car on and off the flatbed so smoothly. She tied everything down nice and tight. During 60 mile ride together we had great conversations and we were even allowed to bring our dog in the truck!!!! The truck was clean and well maintained. We stranded travelers are more then satisfied w our experience with south side and Miranda was really really really awesome.

Josh and Andra you truly saved us! You also saved my sons birthday event!.My travel trailer jack broke.. The trailer rolled down the hill about 30 feet and the torque was buried in the mud.. Several other tow companies tuned down the job leaving me stranded with my kids in the cold rain for over 15 hours in the night. I felt helpless.. I couldnt help my kids..This left me in tears...Josh and Andra came out and worked together to get my trailer on leveled ground .They also helped me hook up and got me on my way...I told Josh... this incident has ruined my sons birthday.. there was no way Josh was going to let that happen.. thanks to you guys we are resting comfortably in our trailer on our camping trip.. We called 6 other companies before we called them, they were luck #7. We needed two of our non profits inoperable vans towed from one location to a local shop. Needless to say, we had have this task completed by 5 pm before the shop closed. I called them close to 3 pm in desperate need. Needless to say, they had 2available trucks & they came right on over. We had enough time to get them to the shop before they closed. As a Newnan native, this was nothing short of amazing and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your speediness in getting this done for us.

Service was great. The truck arrived in minutes from my call. And when the first truck couldnt do the job for my particular towing, the other truck showed up only a few minutes later. Very quick and efficient. My service guy was extremely patient and did everything to make sure my car was towed safely, with no damage. He was also very kind to stick around for the hand off to the auto shop, to help explain what was needed for my cars repair. And to top it all off, the price was very affordable. Thank you all. I first called in to get an estimate and right off the back I received excellent customer service from Josh. He even stated he was sorry to hear about my vehicle issues after asking what was wrong with the car. I was definitely not expecting that! Once the tow truck driver arrived (which was pretty fast) he was also friendly and made sure my daughters car was secured on the truck safely and he did it all in a timely matter. Overall my experience was GREAT and I would recommend this company. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! Thanks guys

I recommend these guys! They are the best. The two drivers that came out to help me were great. Got the job done got me out and on my way. Treated me like family and felt like family. And the prices were reasonably cheap.

We used Southside for a commercial call. They were top notch from start to finish. Answered the phone, dispatched a driver to my location on a Friday night quickly and efficiently. He was a super nice guy who got me squared away super fast and the price was more than reasonable. With so many of the crooks in the towing industry taking the opportunity to kick you while youre down, it was nice to see maybe there are decent folks left. I only review really good or really bad experiences and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Southside wrecker to anyone.

Absolutely loved Drew. We had a tight area we needed to work inside of and he was able to do it no problem what so ever.. Will definatley be using them again when we move our other storage containers!!!

Today my tire completely blew while on the highway with my newborn baby. Thankfully I was able to pull to the left shoulder but it was in a fairly dangerous spot, I called Southside and told the dispatcher what was going on. It would’ve taken about 45 minutes to send a tow so he sent a driver to pick me and my baby up to take us home and keep us safe. He then called to make sure we were home and provided a tow update. Excellent customer service and we are extremely appreciative

Terrible experience driver blow one of my air bags, disconnected my drive axle which he did not put back together. Truck had one problem before I used your service now I have multiple. Then claimed I had a bad air bag when air bag worked fine and was not the problem... Beware of services like this.....ReplyTo your response because they will not let me reply. Dry rotted air bag that was working fine before your driver hooked an airline to the system and blew my perfectly working airbag. Next time driver should check suspension system before carelessly hooking up an airline with no valve release and supplying air to a system.... Error was your fault and I know it was because the driver instantly took pictures to cover his mistake...... lol .....The fact the you replied to my comment in such a manner is a testament to your service..... 0 Stars would be to much for your service

Southside had 5 hrs to get a tow truck scheduled. Truck was supposed to be there @ 10 AM. At 11 AM I hadnt heard from them and thought they just might be running behind. So I call around 1130 to see where the truck is. Sorry sir we cant send anyone out to you right now. Probably could have used that info a couple hrs ago when you said you would be there. Horrible experience

Prompt service!! $100 for suv towing. $3.50 per mile.. wasn’t too bad.. very knowledgeable driver who told me what was wrong with my part upon arriving. I broke my front left axle and need it replaced smh.. will use again but with my insurance company next time lol

He was really helpful. He helped me split my tandems which I struggle with. He was friendly and hooked my trailer up for me and made sure I was straight before I left the shipper.

We were in a desperate situation and we had called several other companies and we were not successful. Southside responded and got the job done. The only thing that I can say is that we were quoted one price and charged another one. I am just a driver but the credit card belonged to my boss. I tried to call her to verify that the difference was ok, but she didnt answer because she was asleep. I watched the driver work on getting the tandems out of the mud and back on the axle. Great job driver! I got my azz chewed out on the next day however, the job was done and all is good.
