This place of business is a ripoff that constantly misleads the customers. They installed a sewage ejector pump in my basement several years ago. The pump wasnt being used as the basement was being completed. Once I was ready to use the pump, after several times of testing it the collar around the check valve cracked and spilled gallons of water into my basement. I called Only Plumbing during after hours on a Friday night after finding my receipt to figure out the type of warranty they provide with their services. A total of 72 hours had passed and I never received a phone call regarding my inquiry. I called and spoke to an associate named Brian who he referred himself as the company manager. After telling him my issue he goes on to say the warranty is only good for a year, which would be very understandable if that key component was listed somewhere on my receipt. His response when I asked about the warranty was the technician should have told me the length of the warranty. A person can tell you anything but if it isnt notated on a signed document it means absolutely nothing. He told me my only option would be to have them come back to my home for a service call, which is $150 per hour, plus any parts I may need. I simply requested some type of compensation for the part I bought and installed myself. The check valve they sold me was listed for $50 and marked up double if you would have went to a store and purchased it yourself. This area of customer service by Brian was inconsiderate and unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone and would much rather deal with a company thats trustworthy and honest, two qualities I didnt receive when dealing with Brian of Only Plumbing.

He was able to find our problem and fix it in no time. The man on the phone was great too. He understood how urgent our issue was and was able to get Trey out within the hour. Thanks!

So blessed to have found this company. Only Plumbing was recommended by my neighbor, and they lived up to her words. I was truly impressed with the speed of service they provided, price of repairs, and overall professionalism of the staff. Mike and Brian really helped me out of bad bathroom situation in record time. I will quickly call Only Plumbing for any other plumbing needs I have in the future. I strongly encourage you to do the same.

Greg did a fantastic job installing a new garbage disposal and fixing a pipe underneath a bathroom sink in our home. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. They’re rates are reasonable and I appreciate that he showed up when he said he would and gave me a call ahead of time to say he was on his way. He cleaned up very well after performing the job. He is also a very professional, courteous and nice person. I am very pleased with his work and I will definitely be calling Only Plumbing back to do future projects for us.

I had an issue with getting a new water heater installed and was advised to contact a plumber. I called and Josh from Only Plumbing came out to assess the situation. He was clean, professional, knowledgeable and discussed options with me. He had to order additional parts, but said I would be fine until the parts come in. I was very pleased and am looking forward to his service installation date next week. I would recommend Only Plumbing to others looking for water heater replacements, or other plumbing jobs.

Had an appointment window from 7am to 12. With a suggested arrival time of 8:30. No one showed. Called at 11, to be told that someone would be here around 1-1:30. Received a call by a technician at 12:30 saying another tech would be by in an hour to an hour and a half. Called at 3 and was told they would track down someone and let me know when they would be by. Never got a call back from customer service. Got a call from another tech at 4:15 saying they would be by in 50 minutes.No thanks. Tired of the run around.

My experience with Only Plumbing was fantastic! I called in after having an EXTREMELY high water bill, which naturally I freaked over. The girls at the office were very prompt with the scheduling, and were even able to get me on that same day. The technician that came out was very courteous and professional. It took him only two hours to repair. He was very friendly and diligent in getting the job done. It was very reasonably priced, and I was amazed at their responsiveness. I definitely will be telling my friends about Only Plumbing!

Someone came out the very next day to give me a price for replacing a bathtub faucet. An appointment was made at my first availability.The price quoted was reasonable. The morning the work was to be done, I received a call from Josh letting me know he was on his way. Faucet was replaced and I was given information about how long I needed to let things set. I would definitely call Only Plumbing again should I ever need a plumber.

The review process for Only Plumbing is very misleading. They send you and email or text and ask you to rate the service technician, not the company. Recently a service technician, Trey Clark, serviced my plumbing issue. Trey was very good at what he explained and performed however, the company he works for, Only Plumbing, should be ashamed of themselves. They charged $165.00 to snake a commode that took Trey only 4 minutes. It appeared Trey Clark, felt uneasy about the charge as well. When I talked with Patrick, manager, his excuse was they had a high overhead cost. Well Patrick and Only Plumbing, you only get to take advantage of customers one time! I would never recommend Only Plumbing due to the high charge for services. AND REMEMBER ONLY PLUMBING DOES NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK AND THEY MAKE YOU SIGN AND ACKNOWLEDGE PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY WORK, AT THAT POINT THEY GOT YOU OVER THEIR BARREL.

Had a really bad water leak and could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Called several plumbers in the areanand they didnt want to come look because it sounded like a slab leak. Called Only Plumbing and they were here immediately and found the leak within 5 minutes from our bathtub drain. They got a crew here to start drying everything to prevent mold and got everything fixed. I highly recommend them!
