From start to finish, everyone was so pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating! Scheduling was efficient and she was very helpful. The guys that did my septic work were professional and very kind to spend time explaining everything to me. When it comes to septic and plumbing work-call Hortons!

We were having back up from our septic tank into our tubs and toilets. I called 6 companies. Received 1 text back from one company telling me they could not help until next week. Hortons was the only company who answered the phone, and called me back when she said she would. The 2 gentlemen that came out were prompt and friendly. It took less than an hour to get everything completed. I will definitely use next time I need their services. Customer service is sorely lacking with so many companies. Thank you all from start to finish for good customer service. Much appreciated.

Hortons did a great job. We had to replace septic tank and drainage system. Did the whole job in one day.

Horton knows how to pump a septic tank! 2nd time Ive used them, last was 5 years ago. They do great work and are in & out in a flash! They dont try to sell other services, and they dont tack on extra fees! Always ask any septic pumper about extra fees. Great people, great job.. CM from Newnan, GA

Took two weeks to actually get on job, after i called several times. Started job with one guy. Came got him left for over 3 hours, To apparently go look another job. Not happy with unfinished work. Unprofessional and overpriced.

Hortons is an institution in Newnan. My family has always used Hortons for drain fields and various other important jobs.Alfred is incredible, along with his team of guys.I highly recommend Hortons.

Never again... Pumped one side and left.. They didnt pump the inlet at all.I paid $700.00 ... and its stopped up at the inlet...Total nightmare experience to say the least.

Showed up 2 hours late. Spent an hour trying to find septic tank, which they did not find then topped it off by charging $225.00 for basically accomplishing nothing.
