Great look for a company, when the employees can’t even follow simple rules in a parking lot. They watch a man that requires a wheelchair have to park across the parking lot because, four healthy employees are to worried about food to park in a normal spot and walk. Mitchell Brothers came out and pumped my septic tank and repairs some drainage problems. They were very professional and did the job quickly. I even used them again for my next cleaning. Very happy with this company.

We experienced a very bad tornado in newnan ga. Mr. Brandon Mitchell came to my house at night to help.They cut trees off my house. He had light on his equipment, and said he was busy. But he was coming! He impressed my wife so. Who work at night.

Brandon and his team has been doing work for my family for over 30 years. Brandon was just a little boy when he was in the ditch working on septic lines for my grandfather. They know what they are doing and have done work for my mom and myself. They recently did a new septic system at our new home in Senoia. And we couldn’t be more pleased. I run several mobile home parks and every single unit I have is on a septic tank! Each and every time one of our tanks or lines screwed up in the past, it would be an absolute nightmare to get service out here until we found Mitchell Septic Elite! Brandon and his team have been an total blessing. Ever since I started using him a about a year ago it has been nothing but dealing with polite professionals who do an amazing job but also he doesnt charge me an arm and a leg either.. I dont recommend anyone else wasting their time calling around trying to find better. Just go ahead and give him a call and get it done correctly the first time without having to break the bank!

Life saver! Very professional and really made sure everything was done to a detailed high standard. I am extremely picky about detail and doing things right. Why offer a service or business if your not going to take the time to give good service. My ultimate pet peeve! So something as big a my septic tank and plumbing in my home was important.

Quick, fast, and overall really great quality work. The workers were very professional & courteous, to top it all off the prices were reasonable.

I contacted Brandon on Friday and he returned my call immediately and asked what issue I was having and I explained in the best detail that I could even though not understanding it myself. He knew exactly what I was describing even though my description was definitely broken and he advised he would check his schedule and call me back. He did just that and set up an appointment for Saturday and he came to the appointment and talked with me about what I was noticing in detail and explained everything he was going to be doing and explained everything throughout the process and showed me what was going on and how close I was to my house flooding. He worked his tail off and didn’t leave until around 10:30 at night and he got the issue fixed and we have a plan to complete the fix to the big problem. Brandon was so professional and did a fantastic job. He genuinely showed concern for me and my kids and our home. I look forward to working with him in the future and his family business. I would highly recommend him and his company!!
