Been using Rider for 20+ years. Theyre very reliable and reasonably priced. Wouldnt use anyone else.

I have been using Rider many years. They are always professional and very pleasant to work with.

I do not typically take the time to post reviews, but today I had to make an exception. I called to speak with whomever necessary to inquire as to why we were still receiving visits, as we are new homeowners who do not have a contract with Rider. The previous owner contracted with them, and their services were to continue until the end of that contract, per our closing requirements. After that timeframe has ended, we have now received bills - 2 of them, ($300 each) addressed to my husband for continued services we did not need, wish for, or ask to renew. I initially was just simply trying to question why they were continuing, and convey that these visits were no longer necessary and attempted to inquire about the bills weve received; when the she INSTANTLY became shockingly combative, raised her voice to speak over me, completely interrupting me and cutting me off. She immediately became SO RUDE, instigatingly argumentative and unwilling to hear my concerns and literally berated me. Speaking to me in a sarcastic, condescending, rude, patronizing voice, calling me sweetheart and hun in the most intentionally disrespectful tone of voice, before hanging up on me. I was immediately shocked, and have never been treated so poorly by any establishment. I called back asking to speak to a manager this time, when she informed me that SHE was in fact the manager?! This is NOT how you handle customer service and is the worst example of professionalism Ive ever seen. Having worked in customer service all my life, I am offended that people like this are given a position/title/and platform to set this type of example for the rest of the staff, while treating the public so horribly. She even confirmed that no contract by us has ever been signed or sent back to them, yet still literally wanted to ARGUE with me as to why we were continuously being billed?? Now after reading the other reviews, it seems the majority of any good reviews have been written by friends or family of the business owner, and the few that are of actual customers have all experienced the same negative experience. It seems this normal behavior for this woman/manager to handle business this way?? How is she still working there and not fired??! She certainly deserves to be, and shouldnt be allowed to speak to the public or represent any company whatsoever. She has even gone to the extent to remove negative comments or reviews, which is completely deceptive and basically LYING to the public. So please, any and all who have the opportunity to read this review before Im sure she removes it as well, take my advice and STAY AWAY. There are plenty of truly reputable pest control services out there, and if we find ourselves in the need, well call ANYONE BUT RIDER.EDIT TO ADD: The gentlemen that have been the ones to come to our property and conduct these checks have always been very nice. I honestly feel for him for having to lose what could be potential contracts due to the lack of professionalism displayed by Ms. Angela. The serviceman was very respectful, and she is literally taking food off his table.

I have several hunting dogs and cant afford for them to get fleas. I called and the operations manager came out and did a yard spray and explained that it might take another follow up appointment. It did take one more appointment but, the price was good and the fleas are gone. I would definitely recommend them for your insect needs. Great service!!!

They are professional yet friendly. Go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of. Will come back if called to help with problems new or continuing. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends

Wonderful service, they get the job done right the first time unlike many other pest control companies. The women in the office are absolute angels and the servicemen will be out to your house quickly and effectively target any issue.

Rider Pest Control (Newnan, GA),Im not an individual that typically complains.. Yet, Im blown away by how my family was treated by your Operations Manager. The overall experience was incredibly disrespectful, negligent, and careless. In our experience, quality customer service was non-existent from your Operations Manager. As a local operator of multiple businesses, I know this is NOT how you run a successful business.The Operations Manager did not attempt to resolve our issue when presented with the information. Instead, he raised his voice and hung up on me; twice. And hung up on my wife, as well. Additionally, he claimed to be focused on professionalism yet, he spoke badly about the previous Operations Manager in front of me, a customer, on his first visit to my home. How does one lead operations in a business but not lead by example? What happen to Core Values and morals?To be clear, ALL other staff we dealt with were great. ALL of these negative reviews could have been avoided if the Operations Manager (or preferably the Owner) would haves simply attempted to fixed our issue.. not to mention, why remove my original review AND block me? Jennie has been coming to our home quarterly for over a year and I cannot be more pleased with our service. On the initial visit she walked our yard with me showing me where problems were and then fixed them. She texts me when she is going to be in my area and works with me if I am unable to be there. She is prompt and always courteous. Couldnt ask for better service.
