Everyone Ive ever dealt with was courteous and professional. That includes the billing department, customer service and most of all the technicians that come out to my home. I always receive a call before and a detailed list of services completed along with list of items to do moving forward. Yard looks great and inhome pest are under control.

Kale, our representative from Northwest, treats our house once a quarter for household bugs plus we have a quarterly termite inspection of the Sentricon system which Kale completes. He is prompt and thorough. We know his treatments are working because we very rarely see a bug and if we do, it is a dead small spider. We like that the products used are “green” being environmentally friendly.

We have used Northwest Exterminating for years and will continue to use them as long as their doors are open! Our technician, Joe, is the greatest. He calls before he comes to make sure the timing is convenient, and he is super friendly and knowledgeable. We have an issue with carpenter ants and carpenter bees and after one treatment, the issues were gone.

Northwest Exterminating has been servicing our home since it was built and weve never had any major pest problems. They handle all our needs..Termites, fire ants, mosquitoes and many other bugs. We also had them do our exclusion work on the gaps between the gutters to prevent pest from sneaking into the attic. The guys that come out to service our home go above and beyond to make sure we dont have any existing issues while on site before they begin any preventive work. So far theyve been excellent in all they do and I highly recommend them. They also have a division that handles wildlife issues!

I had the most thorough termite inspection on my house this morning done by Mr. Ronig of Northwest Exterminating. He pulled back the pinestraw mulch against the foundation, checked the crawl space for mud tunnels and went around the entire crawl space, checkedthe baseboards of the closets in my basement, and even went into the attic looking for signs of termites. I have owned the house for 42 years and no one has ever done an inspection this thorough. He is a very courteous and polite young man.

I have waited to long to post this review. While Northwest always had no problems billing. I often had to walk around my house to make sure what was checked on the paperwork had actually been done. On at least two occasions items checked on the paperwork had not actually been completed. The real kicker that finally made me pull the plug on them. I purchased my home in 2013. Upon my purchase this home already had Termite Stations purchased and installed by the previous homeowner some 2 years before. Once I moved in Northwest offered to do my pest control and termite control. They reused the bait stations already in the ground, they did not install new ones. Fast forward to 2015. I am prepared to choose a new vendor. Northwest shows up and takes the termite bait stations. I asked for evidence that they owned these stations, since they are now almost 5 years old. They were installed prior to my purchase of the home so how do I know that Northwest Owns these stations? Your on my property taking things out of the ground without showing evidence of ownership. The technician said since they had been servicing them, they owned them. That was the last time I ever hope to work with a Northwest Rep again. Took my business elsewhere and never looked back!

I’ve never in my life had to deal with beg bugs until recently. Don’t know how or where they got here. It has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!!! We called Northwest, set up an appointment and they were out the next week! TJ is who came out to do an inspection and give me a quote. Very pricey but SO worth it! If you ever get bed bugs, your best bet is to pay for the treatment and use Northwest! Brandi came out Thursday (I wasn’t there for the first 2 hours) and did our first treatment. She answered all my questions and showed me what exactly she had done and what else she was going to be doing (when I finally got there).They’re timely, professional and trustworthy. I let her come treat my home while I was not there and also left $1300 there for her to get as well and everything went fine! TJ also called my today to see if I was home because he was close by and wanted to stop by to see how everything looked and see how everything went. I was not home so I told him how great everything went over the phone! It makes me happy to see how much they care about their customers!! My parents use Northwest and recommended them to us, and now we will forever use them! Thank you TJ and Brandi!!! Y’all are awesome!!

Great experience w/ Northwest Exterminating! I noticed what I thought was termites nesting in the frame of my back door and quickly called Northwest. The service representive, Dave Horn, was at my home within a day of when I placed the call. Mr. Horn went above and beyond to resolve the issue and reassure me it was only an issue with ants. He even offered to remove the kickplate and clean up what was an inactive nest. He was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful and left me with great confidence in my choice of pest control provider. Thank you, Dave and Northwest!

The Newnan office is a complete mess. I received a quote on Saturday the 15th and agreed to the green elite plan. I was told the office would call me on Monday the 17th to set up a time to begin the service. Monday: no contact. Tuesday: no contact. Finally on Wednesday I called them. They explained it was a computer error that the office didnt get the email from the salesman. Funny that I received it. So they set me up for a service call on Thursday. Here is why they are getting a 1 star review. The dude digging the holes for the sentricon system busted one of my sprinkler pipes. He bored the hole straight through the pipe. Did he tell anyone? Of course not. He simply moved a foot over and installed it there. I noticed it on Friday and immediately called the man who did the work Joe Slate. While he did agree to come fix the pipe why on Earth did this man not just inform me and fix it the day of. Why? Because the Newnan branch of this company is a complete trainwreck. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. I have attached photos in the comments.
