I wish I would have read these reviews before I solidified them fir wildlife exclusion. Do not do business with this company! They are crooked. I had pest service with them for years and never had any major problems but I requested they do a wildlife exclusion and they took our money ($1200) and never did the work. It has been 4 months, several phone calls and emails to Brandon and no refund of our money. I hate to leave negative reviews for small businesses during this time but customers need to be protected too. I don’t know what happened and how or why they suddenly went bad but after being a loyal customer for 7 years forgoing doing business with larger pest companies I am hurt and angered they wound take advantage of us in this way. We just want our money back.Update July 23 2021We still have not heard from Brandon and we still have not gotten our money back. We are filing a small claims lawsuit against him and the company to get our money back.

If I had option to not give ANY STARS- I would!I hired Brandon Caldwell- outside of Proven Pest solutions. (Yet- everything was thru Proven Pest solutions, Inc.) We met and discussed adding an addition to my house, in which Brandon designed a plan to meet the $30K budget I had. Promised it would be completed in timely manner. Between he and his “crew,” they dug what they considered to be a foundation. And THAT WAS IT! (Also busting a waterline) for months the job was not touched- as the excuses started! I paid half the money up front for lumber, labor, etc. in which I was promised invoices to follow. I to this date have received ONE INVOICE from Carters Lumber- which I later found to be bogus. I have since had to hire a separate contractor to finish the job that was never started. This job was almost TWICE what Brandon said he could do it for. And now looks like I am out of my money. I have tried NUMEROUS times for the last 2.5 YEARS to get in touch with Brandon for repayment. I to date have been paid less than $1000 (in four separate installments) and I’ve been given laundry list of excuses. Brandon has eventually ghosted me on this whole repayment issue. I would not hired Brandon or Proven Pest Solutions with ANY JOB needed.

Purchased a voucher for service a month ago. I have attempted to contact this agency via telephone and emails several times with no response. Don’t waste your time.

So I hired Brandon and his crew to do a bedbug treatment.spent several hundred $$ doing prep work... my floors would have an inch of water after each treatment.(3) Your told they will return till the bugs are gone ha what a lie... Im a working dad with a disabled child in the house and PROVEN PEST SOLUTIONS PROVED THAT VACATIONS AND QUOTES OVER RIDE PAID JOBS.PROVEN PROVED THEY WILL RUN WITH YOUR MONEY .... A year later.... Still have bedbugs have rooms i cant even enter... they ruined a flat screen tv then tried to make it seem like they did me a favor replacing it....was promised bedbug covers for all my beds in my home.... Never got them....save the time andff go with a real company.....

Have called and left a message at least 4 times trying to schedule a termite treatment. More than a month later, I am still waiting on them to return my call.
