After the storm damage we had major issues with insects. They came quickly and after inspection were very knowledgeable on why and what to look for. This allowed us to stay on top of the issues. They followed up and returned when needed and have just been great!

These guys were some of the best bug people I could have ever called on. We had a really bad spider problem and they came out and took care of everything really quick. Honestly, theres no one else that has done as good of a job keeping the pests away and being so accommodating (there were some issues with my roommates dogs). 10/10 most definitely recommend!

I really appreciate the guys at Knox in Newnan! They always do their best to work around our schedule to come out and help us keep the bugs away!

Now, I do respect my fellow reviewers, but Jane Scott is the best dang bug person in Eastern-GA and parts unknown. Jane has been spraying my place since I bought it in October 2018...in fact Knox was the 1st service I contracted before I moved in! Jane has been performing the quarterly maintenance, and I have also sent her photos of crawlies on my porch to be identified and she has also swung by on occasion out of schedule to treat an ant hill or several! I can say that Knox Pest is the best money I spend each year, and I have seen only 1 roach in 2.5 years...That is 5-star performance in my book!!!Best,Dan Troller

Great Company, I fired my last company because they couldnt get rid of our issue, and Knox pest control was able to get it handled in one treatment. They were prompted and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Aaron is the best dang bug Guy around! Weve trusted him with our pest control since the house was new. Always thorough and punctual! The folks at Knox fully understand the types of pest we have in this zone, and exactly what kills them! Call Knox, ask for Aaron, then tell him to come exterminate and prevent!

If you need to professionals to come do the job right, then Knox is who you need to call. Just had the regional manager come out, and he explained everything about the problems I had with my home. Now that I had a professional explain to me what has to be done, I will no longer need these other great quality companies if they cant even get it done right in the first place. Yall need to call Knox up if you got a pest problem. They professional af, and they really respectful.

The apartment complex on manage uses Knox. I called because they missed their scheduled appointment with us and when I called I learn the young man who have been servicing our account was no longer with them but they just let our account slide so after several calls Alberto 3 days I did get to speak with a manager actually came out and did the service himself. This was the second time in the four months Ive been with this complex that they did not service the account this was the first time they made it right. I am not really sure that the products they use do what we need them to do. Im super sensitive insects the sides and I can actually sit in my office while they spray this stuff and never know they had sprayed it unless I open my eyes and watch them. My head of Maintenance keeps my off of sprayed and I dont have bugs. I do greatly appreciate that n came out of the office and into the field to make up the service to us in September. But still overall between service how long it took to get the matter rectified different times that weve had to deal with them as Ben are for myself and upper management to get stuff taken care of and with the lack of what I consider quality control with their spraying I cant in good conscience give the companys service more than a 3-star twos not enough threes too much theres not a 2.5 choice.

Great pest control company new to the newnan aera. There service far is far superior to my past experience with other pest control company.
