Excellent customer service by phone. I originally inquired about parts for my DIY broken freezer project. No parts were readily available off the shelf at there store. The lady I talked to was more than willing to steer me to Amazon for parts but pleasantly offered there assistance if I still needed any help, with parts if I couldnt find what I needed online. I later called to them for a service call because my DIY project wasnt working out. The gentleman I talked to was more than willing to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first, to see if it was worth them coming out or I just needed to replace the freezer. It ended up that the cost to fix my freezer was just shy of buying a new one. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, honesty and time you took over the phone to help me. Thank you.

I called to ask about ordering a part, I was able to describe it with less than technical expertise, I gave them the model number of my appliance and they were able to determine what I was talking about! They did not have it in stock but ordered it and I had it in my hand in less than 24 hrs. Try that with the internet. It was the correct part the first time.Super friendly throughout the process - prompt with the call when my part arrived. Fast in and out when I picked it up.Real LOCAL customer service is so hard to find and still VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Ive used them before but Im pretty sure I will not go anywhere else in the future.

Legitimately a great company! Were in the middle of a major remodel and had considered ordering a new washer dryer for the new laundry room. I talked with Brian who informed me the units we wanted were backorded but would order the units.Fast forward 3 weeks. Our old unit died. Exploded, quit, ran out of gusto... I called back to Krohns to get an update. Our new machines were still on backorder. Brian was more than helpful and went above and beyond by having his team bring us a temporary unit.We might not have made it otherwise. SHOP LOCAL!!! I live in McMinnville and looked everywhere for a white electric stove. I wanted the old style coil electric stove. My husband remembered years ago before we had moved to Arizona we had dealt with Krohns while living in Newberg and we were happy with their service. We drove to Newberg and found the stove we wanted and more. The employees at the store were friendly and helpful. My stove was delivered the next day and the old one carried away! The service was incredible. I will shop there first for my appliances from now on!

We used Krohns for the 1st time, and was very satisfied with the service and the timing. Cal was the fellow who fixed our dryer, made sure everything was working and air flow was working fine. If you need someone to repair washers & dryers, Cal is the guy, great to work with and explains everything in detail as well. Definitely recommend Krohns Appliance for service. We used Krohns for service on our Frigidaire washing machine and dishwasher about 7 years ago. Great service and reliable. Very fair priced and they knew what they were doing. We upgraded the washer about 4 years ago to a Speed Queen from Krohns and absolutely love it. So, when it was time to upgrade the kitchen this past summer we chose Krohns again. Brian sells reliable products that last. We love our Crosley appliances and know that if there are any issues we are covered with a local, reliable appliance repair company that has a relationship with the manufacturer and will go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend them.

I recommend Krohns all day long, Brian, the owner, is always fun and friendly to work with. He has worked on my washer and dryer on occasion, and it has always been a great experience. They also have a variety of products to choose from in their store!

These folks are the best. Had a problem with my washing machine. Brian came out on Monday. He found the problem. The part was ordered. The part arrived on Wednesday afternoon at their office. Cal came out on Thursday morning and the repair was done in a jiffy. Cal brought towels to clean up any water. Cal left everything in sparking condition. And, the best part, my washing machine is ready to do its job. Hurray!!Thank you to all the people at Krohns for their teamwork and making my life happier.

Brian is awesome! He was hoping the problem with my front load Whirlpool washer was something simple and taught me how to reset it myself so I could take care of it the next time. Well, bummer, that wasnt it. Anyhow, he is now ordering parts at his expense and wont charge me unless that is the problem. What a great company, they look out for their customers even if they arent the ones making the money. Oh and did I mention he was on time!! Im am so very impressed! Best repair experience EVER!

A few years ago lovely gentleman came out to look at our washer when it was acting up on us. He did everything in his power to find us a part, but our machine was just too old and the parts for it were no longer available. He even went as far as to search online (beyond his suppliers) for the part. Unfortunately, he had no luck. He knew we didnt have a lot of money to go out an buy a machine, so he worked with us and helped us to purchase one of his refurbished machines. That washer has been running strong ever since! Ive since called upon this company to come fix my refrigerator and my dishwasher, and with the refrigerator he had me up and running the same day. The dishwasher needed a part ordered, but he was still back out within 2 days to get it going for me. Overall I have had nothing but great experiences with this small company. They truly do put the customer first, and genuinely care about us! My daughter called him out for her new washer, and the part needed was on a back order and would be a few weeks. The owner didnt even hesitate to offer her a loaner while she waited for her part to come in! Now if thats not first class customer service I dont know what is! I refer all of my friends and family to Krohns Appliance Service, and every one of them has been equally as pleased as I have been! They are a real asset to our community.

First class service! We moved to the Newberg area and soon after needed a repair done on our refrigerator. Being from Michigan, we knew nothing about any businesses in the area, and found Krohns phone number online so we gave them a call. It was a Friday afternoon and we were anticipating making an ice run to put our food in coolers for the weekend, but much to our surprise, the owner Mr Love said he was running ahead of schedule and could swing by. He didnt have the part our fridge needed on him, but he was able to do something to keep it temporarily running properly until the following Tuesday afternoon when the part arrived. It was a very positive experience, and we were glad we called upon a local company to come and help us!

Unfortunately I never had the chance to actually experience a repair. The initial appliance inspection went well, and an entirely new assembly was going to be ordered to replace the faulty component. Or at least we assumed it had been ordered. After two months of silence I gave them a call to see if the part had arrived. It had never been ordered, and no one remembered even doing the initial diagnosis. Another promise was made to follow up and get back to us. More silence. What a waste of time.

Bought a washer and dryer. They were very helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Came into the store today for a couple parts for a dryer, without a seriel number the employee didnt even want to do anything for me. I know what the parts are and could identify them if I could see options but the employee was very rude about me not having a seriel number and didnt want my business at all, she rather just stand around and get paid instead of actually helping a potential customer. I guess this business doesnt need customers to survive

HONEST local company that truly puts the customers and their community first. Always had professional experiences with them, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and have been sold some great appliances as well!

I happen to work here, and I recognize the name of the gentleman who left the horrible review. I left MULTIPLE messages with Mr. Baker about his part being in and trying to get him to return our calls so we could get out there and finish the job. We never heard back from him. Its pretty hard to follow through with a job when a customer wont return your calls for you to do so.
