Our service person was fantastic! We have been using Four Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating for at least 15 years (possibly more). We have always had honest & great service. Our furnace went out recently. Luckily we were able to replace just the “motherboard” this time. Though when it’s time to replace the whole thing we know where we will go to do that… right back to 4 season Heating and Air Conditioning.

Professionalism was in place from the start. Jason came out for an estimate and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He didnt pressure us or sell is any more than we needed. Pricing within the estimate was very fair, straightforward and itemized which I appreciated vs an arbitrary number. We received 2 additional bids and decided to proceed with Four Seasons. We were scheduled for AC install late September but got early on an opening September 3rd. Installers Bo and Chris L were on time, professional, thorough and did a fantastic job. We were absolutely pleased with Four Seasons Heating and Cooling. We have already recommended them to a few friends.

Four Seasons has been great to work with from the initial request I made for an estimate to replace our furnace and AC unit. Jason came out for the estimate and was thorough and helpful when discussing options. We pretty quickly decided to move ahead with the project and got it scheduled. Today was installation day and the the person crew showed up on-time very early this morning (hot out for the attic furnace install). Awesome job working hard during the day with an excellent review of the newly installed equipment and answering all my questions. Highly recommend! Tim called to let me know when he would arrive and arrived at that time. He was professional yet personable. performed the maintenance on my furnace quickly and efficiently, went over everything he did and told me what was recommended and how my furnace fit into the ranges. Hw even left me with a new filter for the next time it need changing. I recommend this company and especially Tim, for furnace maintenance.

A company we count on every year before going into the cold season. Four Seasons is a yearly part of our preparation for winter. They are kind of the official kick-off into fall; Autumn is truly here and we are ready...for Four Seasons has cleaned and inspected our HVAC units!The only reason I did not give them 5 stars...is because every yearwe have to clean up the crud that falls out of the indoor unit all over the TV stand, carpet etc below. It would take hardly any time just to wipe up the dust chunks on the furniture below or vacuum the carpet around it. But year after year....we keep hoping they will wipe up the mess and year after year....we do it for them after they leave. We should not have to ask.It does not matter which technician comes....none of them clean up the mess. We are not complaining...just adding a how can we improve? suggestion. OK, maybe we are complaining- just a little.They are good about taking shoes off before entering the home though. But it does not make sense to not clean up the mess that falls out of the unit. Something to strive for, perhaps.PS...Tim is the nicest!

I got estimates from 3 different furnace/AC installers and Four Seasons was the best price. The installation crew was fantastic. They were professional, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. They know what theyre doing and they did a great job.

Individual was very punctual. He came in a introduces himself stating what he was going to do and about how long it would take. Once completed he informed us that the heater system should be using two filter instead of one. The direction that the airflow takes and the reason for two filters. I will definitely use them again.

This is the second dealing that I have had with Four Seasons. They installed a new furnace one year ago and this week they installed a new air conditioner. I was very happy with the quality of service. The workers for this replacement were Krystopher and Bo. They were very respectful of my home and completed the job. They gave me information about the new air conditioner and asked if I had any questions. Four Seasons is a very busy company. I had to wait to get my new air conditioner and it was well worth the wait.

We had a heat pump and furnace installed today. I have nothing but positive thoughts about Four Seasons so far. The initial appointment was great, same price no matter the size of heat pump needed. All inclusive package, no hidden costs. Nearly half the cost of their main competition, too. Installation was wonderful, the techs were punctual, courteous and experienced. They worked all day long non stop couldn’t give them lunch or drinks or anything. they just worked straight thru til they were done and were so nice and personable. On top of that, the AC unit needed an adjustment a couple days after installation, and that was taken care of the afternoon I called. We recently bought a fixer upper that has required multiple different contractors to come out for repair/maintenance. Eric from Four Seasons was the first person to communicate with me (the only female in the house). He made eye contact, answered my questions, and took the time to explain how things worked. Our heat pump quit working. On the day of our scheduled repair (in the midst of the June 2021 days of Hades), Tim came right at 8:00, was professional, did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be repaired, fixed it, gave some tips for helping our system run more efficiently in the future and was an all-around great person! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I received their visit today to evaluate my current machine, and received the news it will need to be replaced. Even though sad news, Eric was great, very professional and made sure to answer all my questions. I’ll receive the visit of the sales team in the next few weeks, but so far my experience has been excellent!

Our Technicians arrived earlier than the appointment was for which is great in my book! Both techs tackled different aspects as our old system was dated and not in code. New pad installed with all new electrical and lines. Techs also installed a brand new thermostat. System has been online for about an hour and already cooling our 1500 sq ft home as we hoped it would. I would highly recommend Four Seasons if you want quality products and great customer service.

Four Seasons Heating & Cooling was the third quote that I received and was $5000 lower than the other two. My scheduled install date was 2 months out because of how busy they are. I let them know that I was willing to take an earlier spot if they had any cancellations.I received a call on a Tuesday for an opening the following Friday. I had the area all cleared out for them. They arrived at 730AM and were done by 430PM.

Three Four Seasons Employees arrived on time and stayed until our new air conditioning system checked out and functioned well, about 9 hours, working mostly in the hot garage which faces west and becomes like an oven when the sun comes in. They didnt rush to get home to escape the terrible heat.They were polite, friendly, neat, and customer conscious.Our resulting job is functioning well, giving even cooling all over our 3200 square foot home. We are thankful for them, the job they did, and for choosing Four Seasons for our heating and cooling needs.

The guys at Four Season were amazing. The installers were quick, very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Our 1940’s house needed an upgrade from baseboard heating to a full new A/C, heater and all new duct work. In 4 days the whole house is fully completed and everything was done beautifully. Pricing with four seasons was great and their service was even better. I do not recommend calling anyone else but four seasons. Ask for Jason, if you can get the 3 man crew we got you won’t be disappointed. Even with some setbacks these guys were great.

Had water leaking from AC due to drainage pipe being clogged. Had 2 friends recommend 4Seasons so tried them out. Had to wait 3 weeks to get appointment, but not surprising since during record heat wave. I talked to Linda when making appointment and she advised me what to expect. Everything she advised is exactly what happened. Tim Sanderson called me advance when in route to my location within the 2 hour window I was scheduled. Tim got straight to work. I like to learn new things and asked Tim if it bothered him if I watched what he did when working. Tim had no problems with me watching. He professionally and patiently answered all my questions. He offered advice on maintenance that I could perform that would save me money and add life to equipment. Tim was great and I really appreciated his approach. I felt heard and he also came across as someone that genuinely cares. I am not an easy customer to please and I usually dont do reviews. We had Four Seasons retrofit our house with a mini-split system. Everyone that we worked with was very friendly and professional, and we felt confident in their ability and willingness to back their work. There were no unexpected charges and the whole process was very transparent. They always showed up on time and were responsive to any questions that we had, and very thorough with explanations. They installed the system faster than I expected, and did a great job with aesthetics and technical details. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Eric came and did my repair. He was so helpful and nice. My unit was shot and didn’t work. He was able to get my heater rigged until I could get a new one installed. Amy quoted my new A/C and Heater units very nice as well and so helpful. I love the honest and fair prices they offer. I didn’t get the hard sell sales person attitude from either of them which I always appreciate. Definitely recommend!

Eric will make sure it’s done right. He can do anything. I had him install a new filter box and a Halo device. He also rewired my furnace to accept a new wifi thermostat that he installed. It all works perfectly.

We had a really great experience with Four Seasons Heating & AC.To start with, they were by the lowest quote out of 4 that we got, by more than $1000 (all from local NATE certified installers, big and small). The system they proposed was slightly smaller than what had been installed in our home previously, and they were the only ones to suggest this. When I asked them to show me their math, they DID, and it made sense. My homes air volume puts us in between standard unit sizes, nominally, but far closer to the small size. Since an over-sized system would cost more up front, and to operate over the years, as well as tend to cycle on and off more often (leading to faster equipment fatigue), the calculus pointed more towards erring low. None of the other quotes supported their recommendations with math.In terms of system options, they quoted us 8 different combos for both a A/C and Heat pump-driven system (all Goodman brand). They also helped provide tools for estimating costs to operate (I also did my own homework), so that we could decide for ourselves where the best balance was. In the end, for our region (Pacific Northwest), heating is the key feature, so we opted for a 96% 2-stage furnace with a 13 SEER AC (minimum standard for this region). A 14 SEER AC would have been $350 more, but was estimated to only save $8/yr vs the 13 SEER, so the cost difference would never pay off. With the furnace, its about a 10 year pay-off difference from the 96% 2-stage to an 80% 1-stage, but still... my monthly costs will be better controlled over that time, and a more efficient furnce will (in my view) add more to the home value, given the extra install costs required (new PVC vents for the condensing furnace).In terms of the install, the crew showed up on time, and brought a small army. Additional folks showed up throughout the day to do their specialized part (ie electrical). They ran entire new electric and coolant line sets and it was all very neat and fastidious. To a person, they were all friendly and professional, and they cleaned up quite thoroughly when they left, which I much appreciate (and dont take for granted). They even handled the product registration for us so that we wouldnt need to worry about missing out on any warranty coverage.The system itself has been working great, and the machine is utterly silent (especially compared to the almost 30 yr old system they replaced). The freezer in the same room is louder. A diesel truck idling across the street is louder (from inside the house). Its so quiet, I dont even know when its running now, unless I happen to be right in front of a vent. My old system... you could hear it start up from every room in the house.As for Goodman products, all Ill say is... based on my own research, they have a fantastic warranty and theyre an excellent value. A lot of the negative feedback I saw on them over time was due to unprofessional installs, thanks to Goodman being available for DIY systems. Theyre owned by Daikin and, as far as I can tell, are the EXACT same equipment, with a different label and a very different price (Daikins have a slightly beefier warranty, but the cost goes up along with it).All in all, weve only had the system for a few days, but its been a dramatic improvement and Im very happy with what we got (and who we got it from).

Eric was great, he called ahead as I was planning on coming home for the service call. We hired Four Seasons for a furnace tune up but we purchased the home in August and I had questions about the filter and the dual zone system. Eric spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me and answered all my questions so I didnt have to come home from work. I mentioned that one of the exhaust pipes was leaking and he took care of it for no extra charge. The cost was very reasonable and we are quite happy with our choice to go with Four Seasons.

My husband and I moved in to our 1950s home in July of last year. Our system was installed in November the year before. It stopped working 7 months in. So 3 visits and several phone calls from me asking way to many questions later, it was fixed at a very reasonable price. After, all was said and done, we had our unit fixed and worked with three different very kind and professional men. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.

This company has always done a fantastic job! They are professional, quick to respond, and do quality work! We’ve had them install a 3 port system, used them for general maintenance, had them remove part of a system for a remodel, and will be using them again soon for reinstalling.
