Where shall I begin ! Best customer service ever ! The representative that gave me my estimate for a container by the name of Yolanda was very professional and sweet. She answered all my questions completely and knows the business very well ! I also needed an estimate for my business and she gave me her salespersons number by the name of Fernando who was also a pleasure to deal with. Had such a great experience with this company. Will be ordering more containers from them and when my business opens I will be using M&M.

I use M & M for my food business sanitation needs. We sort out our recycling refuse into three areas: glass/metal, cardboard/paper and food related debris. M & M’s point person, Fernando has explained the process thoroughly as they pick up daily and encourage recycling. The sanitation crew has treated my employees with respect especially when we are running behind from a long busy evening and have not placed our garbage outside the shop in a timely manner. I called to inquire about their process in regards to recycling. I have had an account with them for sometime, and was curious as to the process and rather or not the recyclable materials actually get recycled or if they are all grouped together in a Landfield . The receptionist was extremely rude, hasty and seemed irritated that I was inquiring about the integrity of their process . I feel that if their process is what they say it is, that they do indeed recycle the things they pick up from my business then she would have been happy to explain the process and assure me that they are supporting the environment by following through and having the recycled materials processed accordingly . A bit fishy indeed.

I just got off the phone with one of the owners because I needed a quote for the business that I work for. The receptionist as polite as can be was not sure how to answer my questions she was able to get me on the phone with him but sadly the answer was not in my favor as the businessI work for is not in a county they service. To bad but thank you sooooo much for your help and giving me recommendations for my area.

Just got off the phone with them, as I was calling to ask if they accept dumping of items. The lady was extremely rude and said we do not. I proceeded to ask if she knew of any local companies in the area that offer dumping services and CLICK she hungup. Very poor taste, and customer service. Im actually quite disgusted in how your employees treat potential customers. I definitely would not recommend this place. Based off the fact that theres no consideration for someones needs. If youre employees I dont know how to properly handle phone calls and assist customers, I suggest looking for new employees.

Horrible customer service! Never ever try to talk to them before dispatch gets in. People pick up who know nothing but are rude and unprofessional.
