Out of all temp agencies Ive tried this is by far the most professional and straightforward temp agency I have come across. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family as I was directed to go to this place by one of my own friends. One of the employees hear that was dealing with my case and information that would sign me up for jobs which I would leave her name an animus not for any reason that she was a bad experience was actually quite the opposite she definitely was patient with me as I had issues going on with my help and she helped me and vent some things for me so I could be able to afford the certain medications and things I needed at the time I definitely think, well not only think, I know that this agency is by far one of the best in the area and fully recommend anyone in the Newark Delaware area looking for a job as soon as possible to go to this employer.

Within 2 days I was working. The staff is extremely efficient. They worked with a client to cater to my needs so I could work. The application process with them is not stressful and they were very helpful.

2 weeks I have called back to back no response havent talk to anyone but the receptionist who seems really rude when you talk to her I asked for specific shift if they couldnt do it at least call with offers so I know you are trying just a terrible experience overall with them if knew this I would just goto exact staff in Elkton Maryland at least they call you up with offers they dont here also as in writing this been on hold still 21mins dont waste your time with them you still be looking for a job like I am

I have had the pleasure of working for j& j staffing since August of last year . my 1st assignment was at the university of delware.my hours were 5am to 1:30pm which a lot of people dont like those hrs. well April 10 of 2019 I was hired at the university of delware .I want to thank J&J .the staff there is very pleasant,kind,respectful,and will help you in getting work that fits you. J & J is by far the best temp agency I’ve ever worked for! Guaranteed assignments everytime, and the staff is so very helpful with any issue you have, they are the real deal!

The head of the staffing agency sent me on an interview at the University of Delaware. I was told I had the job. Then the staffing agency told me that I did NOT have the job. There was some confusion with this agency. They said I kept calling the U of D about a particular job and that they wouldnt send me to any more interviews with the U of D. I was so hurt because it was quite obvious to me they had me confused with someone else. I certainly would not do this. This ruined my reputation with the U of D. I fired the agency and will never return nor will I speak highly of them.

They collect applications... They never have work available. An I have a twic, forklift, and Class A permit.

If you pass on a job after the assignment ends and are asked to return You will not be contacted and no jobs will be available when you call, three different people will call you about the location your not interested in . No one should hold a job or position hostage nor should they take the right for a person to exercise the right to say No with out being shamed.
