They get a notice from a company looking to hire workers, then Aerotek looks at applicants that come through their doors, you get screened for the job, they give an ideal salary and they get a cut off how much you get hired for. Theyre not on your side theyre basically looking to pimp you out. Read real reviews about this company. Youre better off looking for a job on your own.

Good so far. They contacted me and got me an interview on the same day, and got me an interview for a position within a week. During the whole process Aerotek has been in contact with me. My recruiter, Shannon, helped with with a mock interview before I went to work, and has been constantly following up with me since I got the job. Fast and professional, definitely a great company for finding contracting positions.

I have been working with Aerotek for a little over a month now. In the beginning I was skeptical, however, Michael in New Castle has been very helpful in assisting me with all of my questions or concerns whenever I need assistance. I just wish that the company that they placed me with did not have to wait 6 month before they were allowed to hire me on permanently. Other than that, it is a good company to assist you in finding a great career.

I was unemployed and desperate for work. I was helped by Joe Capano. He reached out to me the same day and I got an interview with him the next day, I was told that they scheduled an appointment for a position i was looking for and a company that was looking to hire. I had my interview. I got hired, it was end of the week, by the time paper work was done I was hired in no time. It took 3 business days for me to get a job. Incredible work and big thank you to Joe Capano for his time and help.

TL;DR - good at their job (5 star), the absolute worst health insurance for hospitalization (-5 star)If I was only rating the service, the attention, and the communication I would be giving 5 stars. The health insurance option for hospital coverage is attrocious and is either 1) a favor for a friend or 2) a scam. The coverage, which is the best option, only covers $75 of your visit to the ER per day. That means that if you have an accident at work and need the ER and its worst if you have to habe surgery since none of that is not covered at all. For perspective, if you dont have the hospital coverage, you can save the amount that the insurance covers and that would be beneficial since you could negotiate the price since you dont have insurance. So if you never end up in the hospital during your contract, this is a great place. If you do, I can firmly say that it becomes a burden. Student loans become harder to pay with medical bills. So to the boss, dont flipping use a LIFE INSURANCE company for hospital care. Blue Cross Blue Shield offers hospital coverage so please for the love of all that is good cancel the contract with Symmetra and find insurance that has a decent copay.

I had to give it one Star just to comment. Be very careful with this place! I applied to them and they took forever to find me a job. I ended up working at J.T. Hoover through Aerotek. When it came time for my first check, I didnt receive the full check. The deal was if you work over 4 hours and have to stop due to inclement weather, you get paid for 8 hours. I ended up working 6 hours one day and only got paid for 4 hours! Aerotek claimed that they tried to dispute it with J.T. hoover but Im not sure how true that was. I will never work for them or through them, again. They couldnt secure a definite check for me and I felt used. I dont know of anyone who would be ok with that.

It was a good experience. They do their best to help you through the interview process and give tips like writing a thank you letter to the interviewer.
