They have lots of work that is available for all types of jobs an depending on what type of job it is they pay you more if you work your scheduled 40 hours even more if you work all overtime that is required. Aldo, the process of calling out is very simple and I love the point system. It is also great to have follow-up calls from an Integrity Staffing representative when you need further assistance.

I interviewed today with Integrity Staffing for a Seasonal Job with a Large Corp primarily to stay busy during the Fall/Winter as I am technically retired and just wish to stay busy. The Two Interviewers I interacted with were Personable, Professional, covered the Jobs available and all pertinent data. In less than 2 hours, I had completed my application, Taken the Application Exam, Had the Cheek Swab for them to send to a lab for Drug Testing (As opposed to my having to make an appointment with a Medical Facility for the Screening thus saving me Time and Inconvenience), AND Offered a Job On the Spot contingent only with my Passing the Drug Test and a Background Check. In my Opinion, this is as Professional as it gets! My Recommendation: If youre looking for a job with a Company that doesnt handle its own Interviewing/Hiring, etc., just hope that Integrity Staffing Solutions is the Employment Agency!

Although my training was condensed from two days to half a day, I was glad that I was able to fill out an application and start working the following week. The pay was decent and so were the amount of hours I was able to get during Amazons peak season. If the opportunity arose, I would do it again. Two things to keep an eye out for: training methods and productivity expectations. Theres no uniform training method so essentially, your approach to work will be an amalgam of what youve been taught by various individuals and what feels comfortable for you. Be sure to take it upon yourself, to seek out and ask the people with the highest productivity ratings, what their techniques are.

Ted, Stacy, and Scott at integrity staffing solutions in Reno Nv are very nice people to work with. They listen to what kind of job you can do and try to get you in a job like that. There very understanding and the work hard to get you employment. Make sure when you walk in the door at 200 Rock Blvd you go to the right. Make sure you speak to either Ted or Scott or I think her name is Angela REMEMBER there on the right side of the doorway. On the left side is also Integrity staffing but I have NO faith in the staff in that part of the office. They are incompetent. Remember ask for TED, SCOTT, or ANGELA or STACY.

Never worked at a warehouse before. Im glad I chose Amazon for my first warehouse job. Integrity staffing agency gave me a chance to work. I was a picker for three weeks and because I worked hard I became a coach. After a month working for a coach, I became a lead coach. Not only because I worked hard to become more successful at my job but all of integrity management team gave a chance and wanted me to be more successful. The sky is the limit and you can move up if you just believe you can do it. Im glad i picked integrity staffing.

Everyone is very friendly. No drama! Good hours with mandatory overtime but they let you know with time. Also very good starting pay. Just gets very tiring if constant walking and bending but with time your body gets used to it.
