Absolutely horrible service from day 1. to start, they sold me a package that my apartment building (that they service regularly) does not even support, then tried to refuse my argument that I should not have to pay for a package I am not even receiving. they created multiple accounts for myself and billed each one, resulting in a small hit to my credit score. they also overcharged me on my account multiple times and had too call their customer support multiple times a week for over a month to resolve the issue. supervisors can only be reached via call back, yet I never received a call back when I asked for one...until I called over 10 times demanding one after a few weeks of frustration. I would never recommend this company to anybody. i have been hung up on, ignored, and belittled by customer service employees when i had yet to curse, raise my voice, or be impolite in any way. all i wanted to do was solve my account issues. if you are reading this, save yourself a few months of headaches and frustration and just go with another company. every other company out there is a million times easier to deal with.
Windstream is the sole reason why I drink. Multiple clients have been without phones for 3 days now with no ETA. Support has no info to provide when we call.
Killing my business. My clinicians can’t access vital patient records and our phones are down. Issues have been happening for weeks. Avoid at all cost.
