Ive been with this company for 4 years now after trying out several competitors. It did start out a bit rough in the early period - esp with the tech support, but something positive happened about 1-2 years ago (not sure what) and the servicing suddenly turned a 180 and became outstanding. Now, there pricing is extremely competitive (if not the best) AND their service is outstanding. As a small business owner, Id now HIGHLY recommend them.

Had issue with our incoming call menu and after hours answering lines, we were not receiving any of our calls, since we are a home health agency and work with patients and the medical community, I was in a panic mode, so I called customer tech support and my call was answered by Collin Callahan. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my companies account quickly and within minutes, the issues we were experiencing were resolved. There was basically no wait time, which was awesome and all of our incoming and answering service lines were up and running as normal within minutes. I wanted to give 0 stars but you have to add aleast one. I am ashamed to even give them that. This is the absolute WORST phone provider I have EVER expierenced. Sales Straight out LIED to us with what the capabilities were and what we needed VS what they could handle. They NEVER call you back DOVEY is supposedly the Director of Operations but will NEVER call you back. Support cant fix anything. SERIOUSLY the WORST I have EVER USED!!!! DONT USE THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

One of my phones would not work after a recent power failure. I called Net2Phone and got Tone Guiterrez. He had me try a few things, then went onto my phone through my computer and had it up and running in no time. Very easy process on my end. Tone was very professional, knew what he was doing. Net2Phone has been a great VOIP service provider for us. The first couple months were a little rocky as we worked through some bugs that stemmed from onboarding, but our very attentive customer success rep Sam Weisbuch has been nothing but eager to help us through any issue that has come up. Since those initial bugs, we have had pretty smooth service overall with very few, easily solved interruptions/issues.
Any company that allows people to open accounts with stolen business credit cards needs to rethink their quality control. Not sure how this happens.

This phone system appears to have been rolled out prior to having their app working properly. There are far too many issues with no real answers other then uninstall and reinstall. Why would a phone app need to be uninstalled and reinstalled so many times? The app should update automatically just like every other app. If the app wasnt ready to be rolled out to a large call volume office that should have been advised prior to signing up. Beta testing should be done prior to being rolled out to the general public for use.
Id give them -5 stars if possible. Worst customer service and tech support. we were trying to fix our service with them our first month with them and they couldnt assist. we got our first invoice with just 50% in sales tax. After we called to cancel the service they sent us an invoice for another month of service which we never received. Worst company ever would never recommend anyone to use this service.

I was sold on the idea that Net2phone billing was going to be a flat fee charge per line – instead, the bill is coming in with many per-minute charges on phone calls. I requested them to let me forward the lines after work to another phone. I was given instructions how they can be forwarded. Instructions failed and I’m still trying to find out how to get the lines forwarded. They charged us for a fax line, which we do not have. They did refund this charge.Since I am unable to forward the calls, I requested several days ago to have one (of four) line to be permanently forwarded. So far not even an acknowledgement of this request.One nice thing is to have all four lines with one company. And all incoming calls go to Line 1, then roll over to Line 2, 3 or 4 as each is busy. But we cannot tell which number is being called, which we need to identify for marketing evaluations.We are less than satisfied and shopping for another phone service so we can more effectively get our air-to-water machines into the marketplace.

Net2phone gets the job done for us. A good phone system is one you dont have to think about much. It has all the features we need, and works well with our remote team on their smartphones. Havent experienced any down time or customer service issues either. So far so good!

The system works great on a daily basis, but whenever there is a change from the normal programming, it doesnt work. Customers get a message that we are here, but we arent. Not the first time this has happened to us. Probably shopping for a new phone service...

Beware. The net2Phone Office product is not something that you want for your business at the time of this writing (2/13/19). Over the last few weeks there have been several outages. This is a beta product that they are still working on, and it should not have been brought to market until they had a stable, working product to offer.

The 5 Star review is Steven Rivera, Support Engineer, who is amazing. The phone service is a solid 4 stars (sporadic system restarts) and the fax service between 2 to 3 because of long transmission waits and too basic of a fax log. The .pdf of the transmitted fax is not stamped or water-marked with time/date, status, # of pages and recipient phone number - making it difficult to show proof of transmission to a 3rd party.Back to Steven Rivera. He is responsive, patient and very tech savvy!

We recently relocated our business and with move came the need to replace a 20+ year old PBX system with 12 lines and big monthly bills. After investigating different VoIP providers we choose Net2phone because of their Sales Manager Robert Rogers. He made us feel that our small business was important. The other guys left us feeling too small for them.We converted 2 weeks prior to the move so everyone could get used to the new system and when it came time to move we had a plug and play system that worked perfectly!Our conversion/setup coordinator Adam Miller was just marvelous! He did everything asked and more even working on a Sunday night to get us ready to port. This is the worst phone system I have ever encountered. It will literally kill your business. The staff isnt able to help with the multitude of problems that every day and I mean every day. So you as the business owner is left with daily, constant complaints from your VALUED customers saying its a shame they can never get a hold of your office. STAY AWAY
