Hello I wanted to leave a review for the manager Ben at ur Peoples Plaza Newark DE location. He is EXCELLENT, oh my goodness he is so friendly, knowledgeable, & just a very nice person. He has helped me so much in the past. I recently got an upgrade to the top of the line on my cell phone. I brought my husband into meet Ben. He was so impressed w the knowledge Ben had. He wants to upgrade to the ultra I went back to have my old phone transferred to the new phone. An older gentleman came in with his daughter to take care of his concerns. He told Ben the samething that he too was very impressed with Bens knowledge and willingness to help. He had gone other places and did not get nearly the good service given by Ben. Wonderful customer service!!

A huge shout out to Ben for his awesome customer service! We stopped in earlier this month to upgrade our pretty old phones (*smile*) to the A51. Ben was so accommodating! He was amazing at helping us know what to get without making us feel uneducated. He took a lot of time with us transferring the info from the old to the new and was so pleasant the whole time! EXCELLENT STAFF. Ben and Wesley are VERY accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. I am an elderly customer and tend to get frustrated with Technology. They didnt give me a fish. They are teaching me how to fish👍. Did not have similar experience in two other Verizon stores; as a matter of fact- QUITE THE OPPOSITE. Thank you Ben and Wesley

Unethical behavior, I was told I had to upgrade my phone plan to 5G or else I would be charged $10 per minute when using 5G. Also they stated that my wife and myself would have to pay 275$ a month for our phone plan? We ordered through the Verizon website were able to get two new phones and stay on our current 4gLTE plan and our monthly bill only went up 2$. This place is a scam.

My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones about an hour before closing. Cori went above and beyond to help us get the best phones and plan to meet my familys needs. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We were there 2 hours past closing and he still made us feel so comfortable! This will be the only location we go to, from now on! Thanks Cori!!

My wife and I came into the store to possibly upgrade our phones. We were greeted by the friendly, engaging faces of Ben and Malik, and welcomed to the store. As two 65 year old people, we were not in our element, but these two gentlemen were unbelievably helpful and we could not be more pleased with their assistance. We left the store feeling totally satisfied and knowledgeable regarding our phone. I took the step up from my trusty flip top phone to a smart phone, and as a result of their patience and teaching skills, I am using the smart phone like Im a teenager.

Great experience overall. This was easily the best Verizon store I have ever dealt with. Malik made the experience incredible, handling the issues we had and resolving them in a timely and professional manner. I recommend if your in the area to stop by this location for quality service.

I just want to compliment an employee that works at Verizon at peoples plaza his name is Josh caulk hes extremely helpful Ive been working with Verizon for the many many many years and he has really helped me I think he should become a teacher for Verizon he was very helpful and very very knowledgeable

My experience with the manager, Dom, was excellent. Whoever said that men cannot multi-task hasnt seen him in action. Additionally, he was professional, courteous, helpful, and very kind and generous. Our business transaction concluded without my feeling like Id been taken advantage of. A pleasure! I honestly think the good reviews on here must be friends and family because this place is HORRIBLE!! I purchased a BOGO offer in December, but 9 months later am still being charged for 2 phones. I have called many times and the manager and district manager consistently say they are checking into it and will call me back, yet the never call back. NINE MONTHS LATER... I’m still paying money for a phone that was supposed to be free!I have been kind and maybe that’s why nothing is being taken care of. Maybe they are thinking if they ignore me, I will just let it go. But it’s just NOT RIGHT!!!! So hopefully by posting a negative review this will FINALLY be resolved. We will see.Update....Posting a negative review did nothing! I’m serious. Do not get a bogo offer from this company. You will be paying for both phones!

Had a great experience with Lauren. She was extremely helpful and was fully aware of of Verizons products and services. She was able to not only upgrade my phone but was successful at encouraging my husband to upgrade as well. It was services you just dont see. Ben, the other rep, engaged with us and was equally pleasant and halpful.

A+ service from beginning to end!!!! Everyone was friendly and did not hesitate to help. My situation required quite a bit of time and my consultant Raquel even stayed after her scheduled shift because I had to leave for a meeting. Though, I came in frustrated with the technical issues of my phone, the atmosphere quickly allowed me to relax and out way my options. I left with a new phone and more!! This store would get more than 5 stars from me if it was an option. I will handle all my Verizon wireless business here and I highly recommend others to do the same!!!

Tried to go to the Verizon store in Bear - it was closed, even though it was 11am on Saturday. Came to Peoples Plaza location with an issue with my phone and the staff were phenomenal. Fixed it immediately. Malek took care of me.

The team in the peoples plaza GoWireless were awesome. Alexis helped me out and got me into a device that fits all my needs. She also gave me a tablet to replace my broken one at no additional cost. I will never go to any other Verizon the team they have jn there now is like no other if you need a new device go see them and theyll hook you up.

Had a wonderful experience! Place was clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Big compliments to Cory who was the main staff member that helped me!!!

I refused insurance on my new phone, verified that it was declined when I received an email about total mobile protection, was reassured I would not be paying for insurance, and guess what... my next bill shows Im being charged for insurance. I also was not advised that I would pay an activation fee on my next bill in addition to the fee I paid in the store.

Walked in today just to get one phone, Ben was out of this world to help us today. So nice and funny. Walked out with 2 IPhones today.

Malik helped me with my upgrade a week ago and he was great!

The store staff was terrible. My cousin went in on Sunday, Oc 10th to trade in her phone. There was only one store employee (called herself Maddy?) refused to trade in the phone and talked very rudely with racism comments to me who was on the phone to help my cousin to do the trade in. My cousin ended up going to a different store to complete the trade in.

Steven was super helpful! I highly recommend this retailer. Ill definitely be going back for his help if necessary.

Do not purchase the screen protector plan for your phone here. You pay good money for the convenience of replacements only to be told there out of stock and would have to wait for their shipment. Which would be ok if they didnt already remove the old one before checking, and not having one. OH, You can have, but have to go to west Chester to get it. And here we are again 9 month after my first review, and same experience as before. I will never go to this location again, and discourage anyone from doing so. Completely unable to to fullfill thier obligations for what they sell. Customer satisfaction should be -0.

Always a long wait at this location...I usually end up going to a different place to get the accessory I need.

DO NOT go here to pay your bill, if paying cash.As much as I hate them, Ive gotten used to paying additional fees to pay bills by credit card, but never have I seen a place that charges a fee to pay cash! Not until I entered this place. I tried to pay my wireless bill in cash and they told me there was a $3 fee to do so. I turned around and walked out!
