I received speedy assistance in a very cordial manner once I realized I must call at opening in order to make a phone interview. However obtaining the new number required me to call 211 and ad I worked 2nd and sometimes 3rd shifts being awake that early to call was not easy fir me.
A wonderful resource for utilities.
Great place to be...
Nice people and always looking out for me.
Very helpful very nice
Explained everything in great detail so you know what you need and what you have to do
Very very helpful resource for the community
Thats all I can say
Very nice staff helpful and treated me with care and respect....its hard to ask for help and they made me feel that its ok to need help
If in need this is a perfect place to start. The staff is always nice
Friendly helpful staff that doesnt make you feel bad for needing assistance.
Helped me out with my bills. Big Help
Person that waited on us acted like she didnt want to help anyone just wanted to talk to another worker or text. Didnt matter that Ken had so much trouble breathing during the heat and was on oxygen. We needed an ac or fan but she wouldnt put him on list even with dr orders for one. She was rude and obnoxious. I hope we never have to go back. It was a waste of time.
They are the best they have helped me through a very difficult time
Nice to know that ppl can get help thru organizations like this
Love it very nice works and helpful
They really care about helping people. They definitely go the extra mile
Great pre-school and community resource.
Wx training center. Poor location but serves its purpose.
Leads has greatly helped me be able to afford my utilities in both the past, and present. Currently not paying for gas but my electric bill is only 75 dollars a month, which helps alot when you havent got a lot to go on monthly.
This place goes out of their way to help ppl when you dealing with big utilities . Super nice ppl any chance u get to help them its a good idea
Went to get on pipp and while staff was friendly they werent very helpful or listen to what you tell them. I think if you have no income at all You will do much better than if have an income because the required 30 day income verification then turns into a full year plus tax transcripts from last year meaning they use income from 2017 as well as simply dont listen as to why your bill is so high or that you werent on pipp prior. I hadnt been on pipp prior and my bill was not some back bill but a current bill from AEP estimating my bill too low for 4 months straight then hitting me with the correct amount plus current bill all at once. Just expect if having an income to work a little harder for assistance as well as possibly be asked if you have a woodburner because they know getting tax transcripts will take awhile. I still havent got mine back in the mail and had called that day. On a side note if you apply during a government shutdown you dont need all same verification.
They have caring people who helping with what they can
Good for the needy
There prices seemed a little high for very used stuff.
Caring and concerned about child development and welfare.
