I can count on one hand how many people (professional people that really help) actually does their job in helping people in need.In the food stand Medicaid department you have Mr Andrews who have been there for many years excellent excellent excellent human being I must say very helpful he gets the job done ASAP he makes no time, then you have whom I just recently met is also excellent and will get the job done Ms.Acacia Blassengale she works in the emergency services department so if youre seeking shelter please the person to seek out. Theres about two or three more others that are excellent fine for the most part you will be down there all day from morning until almost closing with no real result or answers so just be prepared that is a big possibility you might be leaving and disappointed.

Good luck getting help from them. They are unprofessional, there is a huge lack of communication. They denied me twice due to “missing information” that wasn’t even claimed or stated on my application. They are lazy, you won’t receive a call at all and if you do and you miss the phone call good luck getting a hold of them.

Friendly and fast service

In person and over the phone they are very kind, helpful, and informative. If they arent sure, they find out the answers. The people there are consistently nice. Except for the door greeters that make you sign in and get a number. But I guess they are rude because not everyone listens to them. For the most part the people there are overall way more professional than canby park. and the facility is much cleaner. I appreciate everyone that works in the building at Hudson.

They are horrible in every way imaginable. Uneducated unorganized rude and misinformed. Good luck getting what you need from here unless u literally speak w the person in charge. Good luck

You are always waiting forever here. Some of the staff can be rude but other ones are great. I think that something needs to be done with the way it is ran. Overall its awful. I dread having to go here for anything except WIC. I never have a problem in the WIC office.

The employees were very helpful having great positive attitudes.

Really helpful staff they re respons all your question and having seating down with Erin parker at same day without any appointment, i wasnt expected and just come to ask for requirements needed, she was awsome and trying for any help and answer question, i would like to appreciate your work and help .Again thank you so much

Good place to go when facing financial issues. compassionate workers and the wait is not long. there is an area where kids can get clothes and toys and even free lunches.They can help with food stamp, cash assistance, day care, wic, child support and they have work programs to help struggling families back on their feet.If, for some reasons they are unable to help, they will direct you to Catholic charities for more help. We all go through hard times and its a blessing to have a place where ppl will do their best to help. I hope to one day have the means to make donations as a way of paying it forward.

Its faster than the Pennsgrove office.

Too over crowded, some staff are great, others make you feel like your bothering them

They get the job done once you see a worker. But it is very difficult to figure out what to do on your first visit. They treat everyone as if they have been there a hundred times before and should know everything already.
