Only service advisor is able to tell if a car is done. If service advisor is not answering you will never get your car back. Also they dont honor any coupon even those on the flyer/quicklane website.

I experienced the BEST customer service from start to finish with Julio at Quick Lane, Fremont Ford. I had taken my car in for an oil change and decided to wait for it to be done instead of taking the shuttle. Prior to this visit, I was almost going to stop bringing my car here due to previous poor customer service experiences (not every time but it was inconsistent between good and not as good experiences) but Julio is the reason I will return again and I want him as my advisor every time! He greeted me as soon as I pulled my car up with a smile and assisted me from that point on. Sometimes it can be awkward when pulling up and not knowing where to go, but he was there right away and reassured me I was in the right place. He listened and talked through options with me, he gave me an accurate wait time, and even came by about halfway through the wait just to update me on the status of my car. Even while I was in the waiting room I could hear his great customer service and patience with every person who walked in. Once my car was ready, he walked me through the pricing and gave me an explanation of the report. There have been times previously where I left and then realized there were things that needed to be fixed but the advisor just handed me the report and didnt say anything. Julio took the time to go through it with me and explain the notes and provide suggestions for future service. Before leaving, he even checked outside to see where my car was parked so I wouldnt have to guess. It has happened before where I walked out and had no clue where my car was parked so just the simple details in his level of service, was above and beyond. I hope he can be my advisor every time, I appreciated his customer service throughout the whole visit. Thank you Julio!
Liar. They put coupon + service online for free of charge and even told you on the phone that theyll do it with no charge. and when I went there theyre asking me to my $70 for check up. F nooo
Went here because they mailed me a coupon for a The Works oil change alog with their website quoting a $49.95 price for it. Guy there tells me thats a national price and their location doesnt honor it. So what is the whole point of having website information and mailing coupons that dont actually work for specified location? They said they only have the base price $69.95. Complete waste of my time.

Had an emergency and they told me to bring the truck and they will fix the flat. Told them what vehicle it was on the phone Ford 750. When i dove on the flat to get there, they told me they could not fix it because the commercial part of thr garage was closed. Had to drive it to another place for repair and wrecked the rim . Cost me an additional $400 for the rim . Bad business
