Great service! Very prompt reception upon arrival. Very fast service. Great waiting area with desks, TV and coffee. Dan was a great advisor. Very clear communication and very friendly. Thanks!
I was able to get my car in quickly. My radio screen was acting up and there were drops on the driveway. They figured things out pretty quickly and my car was doing great on the way home. It got washed too
The staff was attentive and the helpful with all my questions. Lucas did a great job in explaining the issues with my car and I felt accommodated while I waited.
Seriously 2.5 hours for an oil change. I do want to thank my service rep. She was so sweet and helpful. Not sure what the problem was for the slow service last weekend.
SO IMPRESSED WITH THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!This past Saturday, I was saved from troubles with my former KIA lease by the wonderful gentleman at Fremont Mazda. With every person I came into contact with at this dealership, I felt valued, respected and appreciated. Ehsan, Al and David demonstrated authenticity, honesty, professionalism, compassion, patience, knowledge, and charisma, making me feel very secure in my choice to switch to Mazda. David even called me a couple of days later to check in on my new car experience! The three other gentlemen who helped me with setting up my cars system and learning about its features were so awesome because they were knowledgeable and also had great personalities. Shopping for a car can feel daunting and signing day can feel tediously long, HOWEVER, my experience at Fremont Mazda was enjoyable, efficient and exciting!!I was only shopping around that day and instead I drove out of Mazda with a great offer on a new lease, trading in a 2018 KIA Forte LX for a lovely 2021 Mazda CX-30, happy to done with KIA. Fremont Mazda showed me first hand how much they value their customers and I am so thankful to have such a wonderful dealership nearby! Gosh, I am so happy and relieved! THANK YOU!! :D
Got an amazing car at a decent price. Everyone was extremely helpful, explained everything and got me a payment that works with my budget.
Benny and his manager made my day to get my new CX-5, nice and quick services.
Daniela was pretty helpful in getting the car service done and the whole process was quick and efficient
Always there when I need them. Very experienced and professional group of people that work there.
Horrible customer service, had to come in and ask if anyone was working on the lot to show us cars, rude employees. Transparency when doing finance is 0. They do NOT work with ur best interest and availability “money” . 0 out of 0
I Own a CX5, off-late their service Quality has come down. During my second service they suppose to do Tire rotation as part of the package, but they failed to do thisThe advised me for costly alignment which i didnear to 3rd service i noticed more Wear and tare to my Tires . Service center is not giving me convincing answer why they missed it during second service . Even i tried to reach Mazda USA, they are not giving any attention
My boyfriend and I went to go purchase a new 2021 Mazda and we were completely blown away by the customer service and kindness these associates had. After going to the San Joaquin Mazda in Tracy, we left extremely disappointed with both the customer service and deals they offered. But the Fremont Mazda we had heard great things from family and met Jason Pargeon, the team leader. He was the BIGGEST help and made our dream car possible although we were first time buyers. Sean, the gentlemen who helped us on the floor, was equipped with explaining all of the information we needed and was very easygoing. We recommend if you stop here you request to speak to Sean on the floor because he was so relaxed and there was no pressure to do anything. If you plan on getting a Mazda this is the best place to get it from with the best deals. We will be back here to purchase our next one in the future! Thank you so much for making our experience wonderful!
At the end of my Mazda Cx-5 lease I decided to purchase the vehicle. Fremont Mazda took two weeks to prepare the payment for the lender and then sent it to them by snail mail (regular US post). This resulted in the lender receiving the payment several days after the deadline had passed and this was subsequently reported to the credit agencies.Despite disputing this with Mazda and the lender - Mazda has refused to accept responsibility and I now have this blemish on my credit report for the next 7 years.Do not do business with this company - if I could give a zero star review, then I would!
Bought a new Mazda CX5 in Jan 2021. It was my first time buying a car in the US and I naively believed them when I was told several lies:I have to take GAP insurance - this is not true and Chase finance have told me it was not requiredThere is no such thing as interest-free credit in the US (I now know several companies offer interest-free finance)A credit score of 700 is low so I will have a high credit fee (its a good score)I have now paid off the finance agreement to try and prevent Fremont Mazda from getting extra commission out of me.Three lies. Shame as the sales rep was very friendly and helpful and its a great car. I could have been a really happy customer but this has ensured my next new car in 2 years will be anything but a Mazda and I will also be getting my services at a different dealer.
If you want to get disrespect and get yell at! this the place to come to the agent amhid or hamid not really clear how his name is spell nor pronounce, he would take care of that guaranty! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism manners and standards that this dealership has, I hope management spend more time in training their sales agents.
Online response was great. The reason why I took away two stars because the photo of the car was deceiving. They only showed the good side of the car. There was a huge dent that was not mentioned looks like an accident that was not reported.
Tom and Tam were a great team with my Mazda purchase from Fremont Mazda. They were quick and no pressure with my choices. They also gave me a thorough review of my car purchase.Three cheers for Fremont Mazda!!!
Love Mazda and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent advice. They helped us find what we wanted and werent pushing things we didnt want.
Curt customer service. Lazy/inept service worker who didnt follow up on service completion.
Not very friendly, place feels old and bathroom was dirty, paper towels overflowing, took us more than 3 hrs to negotiate to no avail. Called san leandro mazda after getting fed up, guaranteed me the price i wanted without even seeing me. Headed there after hours and shudeep from san leandro mazda was waiting for us with the car outside. We were in and out of san leandro mazda for paper work in 45mins. Way to go san leandro mazda and they gave me a car with roofrail and door strip protection for free. Dont go to fremont. Head to san leandro mazda. All fremont mazda cares about is getting your money. Horrible customer service. Pushy salesman and goes smoke everytime he tells us to think about the car and price. We were more of a hassle to him asking about 3 car estimates side by side.
I had a bizarre and negative experience at this dealership trying to buy a Mazda CX-5 as a birthday gift for my mother.A few things went wrong:- The salesman (his name was Salvatore or Salvadore) was rude. Lots of high pressure sales tactics, very little patience, pushy, and overall I didnt like his tone. There was a lack of professionalism and manners all around.- The salesman wouldnt give me a quote in writing for the competitive $31,312 out the door price he told me over the phone. I asked for the numbers to be provided via email with the complete breakdown of fees and he flat out refused -- almost yelled at me -- saying he would lose the deal if he did so. Then he tried to pressure me into coming into the dealership without finalizing the numbers.I dont enter car dealerships unless the numbers are finalized to avoid wasting my time and having the dealership hike up the price and/or sneak in last minute fees. I want the price of the car, out the door, with all fees clearly laid out in writing.Ive never had this issue with any other car dealership before and we own much more expensive cars than Mazdas (Jaguar, Tesla, Mercedes) where the dealerships were much easier to work with, more polished, and more transparent. The lack of transparency in this dealership and my very negative sales experience leads me to believe theyre not an honest dealership. Many of the positive reviews here are also from Yelp accounts with very few reviews overall. Buyer beware.
Dishonest seller- making excuses after i found out the truth from oaktree mazda. Also, dont do the service there!!! Didnt do a good job, wasted my time, and ripped off money that should not be spent (i was too naive as it was my first car service)
Attendant TOM HU is super rude, if you are not planning to buy the car on same day you visit, then its not the place to go. I booked an appointment 1 week prior. Attendant calls you and ask whether you are buying car today or they cancel your appointment.
Very fair price on a new Mazda. Nice clean location adjacent to freeway.
I came to an agreement via email on a Mazda 3 with a salesman at Fremont Mazda. I specifically mentioned I wanted a particular accessory included. I got there, test drove the car, and noticed the car didnt have the accessory. When I asked about it, the salesman said that accessory isnt available for the Mazda 3, only the 6 (not true--big red flag). After some back and forth with him continuing to lie about why we couldnt do the deal we agreed on, I walked out. I ended up having to drive all the way to Roseville to get the car I wanted.Love the car, hated my experience at Fremont Mazda. Avoid this place.
One of worst auto sale representatives ever, period. You guys need to train your sales rep on how to talk with customers.
Worst dealership ever. Sales guys have lot of negative attitude. They are not there to sell the car. Go to any dealership not this one. They shared us the numbers and next day we reach there they weren’t ready to keep their word. So don’t believe what they say.
Fremont Mazda always takes good care of me.
Dishonest and pushy. Definitely regret buying from them. Save yourself some time and try another place.Shakif will rush you to sign everything. Do yourself a favor. Don’t. You have the control. Don’t be pushed.
Unsatisfactory customer service! Not a happy place to buy a car. If you wanna get a car come to the other side of the bridge. Way much butter! Peace ✌🏼
Had to give 1 star. I would have given 0 star if that is an option. Worst customer service ever. They will treat you like a god till you buy a car and will make big big promises. But when the time comes they will flip. Because of their mistake I’ve ended up paying for the extra money which should have been covered in the plan which i thought I bought. I was asking Shakib over the phone if we can investigate what went wrong and buy the plan if that is possible, and he started speaking rudely and hung up on me because they were trying to close a deal with customer(feel sorry for poor guy).
Decent service. Not the best car servicing but now bad too. Small things like vacuuming car from inside, etc provide that additional customer value which I felt was missing there.
Very nice customer service so far. I bought my car here and has been serviced at this same place. They have a complimentary exterior wash service.
We purchased a 2000 CX30 from Sean and had a wonderful experience; were happy we chose this car. Sean is knowledgeable and patiently walked us through the car features. Even though we were the last ones to leave the dealership, he ensured we were satisfied customers and waited for us till we left. He also followed up after a few days including asking if we had any questions. The rest of the Fremont team was courteous, professional and definitely recommend this location. I highly recommend Sean; he is responsive and a good man. Thank you Sean!
I had a wonderful experience buying my new Mazda in this place .Ahmad is really professional sales man. Prices were the most competitive of all dealerships. The sale took less than 1 hour from the moment i walked in the dealership til i left with my car.My car didnt have CarPlay however they were able to get me in the schedule the next day very early to get it taken car of with a very competitive price.I would highly recommend that place (ask for Ahmad and Steve)
Great service. Nice people.
I had a wonderful experience of buying a new car here. Ahmad and his team made the entire process very easy for me!
Fremont Mazda after sales service is the worst. Went on a Saturday with appointment. There were rust-like spots on the car exterior (later known to be from tree sap). The service agent didnt attend this on Saturday and mentioned that photos of car needs to be sent to Mazda on how to resolve this and he wasnt even sure what this is. Contacted next week just to find out that nothing had been done about it. The 1-year service was also delayed due to this. Had to go on a weekday just to find out this is tree sap and they cant do anything about it. Asked them to service and wash to find out they didnt even wash the car (After coming home, I still saw dust accumulated over my car which is not the case after car is washed). This was the last time I am visiting Fremont Mazda. They are just the worst. Would have given 0 rating here as if they would have told me earlier, I would have ended up removing tree sap earlier and the paint wouldnt have been damaged.
I wouldn’t go here for service. Invoice says they set the tire pressure but when I got home and checked it the tires were set to three different pressures. How can I trust that the rest of the work was done given all the work was preventative? Also, on Saturday they said they would call me back on Monday but I’m still waiting on Wednesday.
Worst dealership that I have visited in the past decade.
Beware of the service department, these guys are crooks. They will try to push services that the vehicle doesnt need. All dealears do that but theese guy are in another level. If you are buying a car there, beware of the service plans. They said prepaid maintenance but all you are buying according to them is oil changesSo you have been warned.
I was lied to and mis-sold GAP insurance.
Most Rude, dishonest financing I ever been a part of. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT THEY CARE. I have tried multiple days and times and cannot get a hold of anyone who can make decisions that cares.
Scammer alert !!!! They cleared the carfax before sale it so all the car looks like has not been to any accident when it has. I bought a car from them that they said it has not been to any accident but after all, the car has been sandwiched and it is leaking the coolant. I have to pay out of my pocket 1200 for their scam. When I tried to talk with them, they blamed me on the first place but it turned out that I have all the evidence which I took the picture of the car when I first saw it and install the dashcam from the first day. They hung up after I confronted the manager. Stay awayyyyyy !!!
Great showroom and servicing centre. Polite staff
My friend bought a car. And it was a very pleasant experience.
We came here trying to sell our car and was told it is worth 3k, went online and tried kelly book instant cash offer and was able to sell it for 5.5k to a nearby Nissan dealership. If you are trying to sell your car, avoid here.
Went in for my dream car. Sales man was green but amazing and sweet. Manager, not so much. Wanted a Mazda 3 hatchback used and the manager wasnt willing to budge on price. Was told there was no wiggle room. It was selling at over $20k. Needless to say we walked out and a week later same car advertising at 16k. They could have made that sale a week early and out the door at 19k which is what I was asking them to drop down to. Smh... BTW they still have the car if anyone is interested.
I had a great experience at fremont mazda. Got the car I wanted at a great price. thanks azizd for your help your were great.
Beware of the Service Department!! I had them replace my shattered door window with a primary estimate of $250. They over priced the labor up to $746 for a window replacement and couldn’t finish the job properly. Didn’t even bother to remove the glass fragments inside the door panel, and left the door panel open and loose.
Called for a quote and the person talking to me was rude.
This review is primarily for the Services and Parts Dept. More specifically to Andy (sorry I dont know his full name) who has been helping me with my past 2-3 services for my Mazda CX-5. From the start Andy treated me with great customer service and was able to explain to me in a way that I could understand what type of work I needed to have done with my vehicle. He goes above and beyond. I will be going to Andy for all of my vehicle needs. Hes trustworthy and I wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone else. You wont be sorry!!
Staff mask usage was poor at best. One sales person had his on his keyboard as he walked around without one. Most had theirs below their nose or being used as a chin strap. The salesperson who was wearing one had his one which was good. After sitting in the showroom waiting for him to pull the last cx3 around. We started to get uncomfortable in the show room after seeing so many employees without masks or below the chin. Our visit was on 7-11-2020 at 415pm.
I got Mazda CX 3 from Fremont Mazda, last Sunday morning I got notice a big crack on windshield glass and it happened by it self (Quality issue), I took the car to the dealership and show it to manager, he didn’t help me and he try to sell me another car, after my follow up he passed me to service director and he also didn’t help me, I’m very upset for this customer service, I’m totally regret and never go with Mazda.
As other people have reported, the staff is completely indifferent to wearing masks inside enclosed spaces. At best, some of them wear masks about 25% of the time. Typically most wear masks as a chinstrap or not at all. One staff member had has mask off while coughing several times. I will not go back to a business that is completely indifferent to the well-being of its customers.
1 star is also a lot. Sales people are rude and they don’t listen to what we have to speak. Very pushy to get the car off the inventory. When deal does not work....they literally discriminate you racially and talk ill. Very bad. Not recommended to go here if you need to go and see what Mazda really is!!
The finance manager Al Farahani is super rude. He has no sense to speak with absolute zero etiquette. He judges you and even make fun of your concerns and questions. He doesnt even clear the terms and choices of contract you have so be very cautious!!!He speaks to you as if he is doing a favor to you. Absolutely no manners and super rude. I would never recommend anyone doing business with him. Other staff members are good and really helpful! Keep distance from Al Farahani!!
Fremont Mazda quoted the lowest price for the CX-5, we were looking for. It was so far below other quotes that we had received. We thought it would be a typical bait-and-switch maneuver, so went from Fresno to Fremont, prepared to walk away at the first sign of trouble. Instead we were pleasantly surprised to meet with the “no-pressure” internet sales consultant Sean Sponsel, who kept to his quote, took us for test drive, explained all our options, prepared the paper work fast, and delivered the sparkling new CX-5 in couple of hours. As we were ready to drive off, the General Manager came out greeted us and thanked us for earning our business. The whole purchase process was stress free and went smooth. We would be glad to recommend Fremont Mazda, and their dedicated team of professional to anyone considering fine Mazda vehicles.
I got my car serviced here and came with a full tank of gas. When I left there was less than one gallon in the tank. My invoice also included $400 in parts and $460 in labor. They said free battery replacement for my key, then charged me $7.67 in labor to change the battery of my key fob. What is that? I can change the key battery. I also changed my car battery before and it should not cost $100 in labor to do that. I will NOT be coming back here for service ever again. Not completely sure whats standard but heres the breakdown of my invoice:Key battery replacement$0 parts, $7.67 for laborEngine Oil and Filter$34.45 parts and $35.50 for laborBrake fluid exchange$57.86 parts, $135.86 for laborFuel injection, decarb and throttle body service$62.14 for parts, $131.14 for laborReplace cabin air filter$34.95 for parts, $60 for laborReplace car battery$209.28 for parts, $101.60 for labor
Just got my car back from Fremont Mazda. Lizzette was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS !! My poor sister and I are dealing with a bill that doesn’t make any sense! We were told that her lease needed to be brought in early even though her contract said different. her service rep told her that the vehicle was up to date and “all good” yet is being charged for tires and a late fee even though the tires are in great condition and was told to bring it in or face a late fee. worst part about the whole scenario is the fact that every time we call Mazda we are stuck with unanswered phone lines and a GM (Abby)who won’t return his Messages. this company is nothing but a bunch of scammers and cheats. 6 months later, still waiting for a call.
Wanted to check out a CX-5... Great no pressure, no hassle dealer.
Between 3 different Mazda dealer that offered the same car. I was given the best price and experience here. Dan was very proactive about exceeding my exception. He assured me that he would honor the best price and even stayed after his shift to make sure my buying experience was smooth. I’m a happy customer simply because they made the experience quick, simple and clear.
Dishonest and bad experience
Truly a reputable honest car dealership. When you go there start with the general manager ‘Abby’ Manteghi! This reputable dealership has restored faith in the auto dealership world! There really is an honest dealership who will give you the quality at a more than fair price for what you’re looking for!Go check this place out! Otherwise you’re missing out!
Went in to get a defective touchscreen fixed on my 2016 Mazda3. They finished on-time, the car was cleaned, no issues here!
Dont know since when, I guessed they must be hired wrong people worked service department, have totally no idea how to provide service in which customer expected. and so rude. cant believed. I suggested that Mazda ought close this location so as to save money.
Car: 2016 Mazda 6, white sportIts a great car shopping experience in Fremont Mazda.Weeks ago, due to family need, I started searching the best family car for my wife and kid. The easiest way is to get price quote online. Then, I started receiving few quotes from different Mazda dealership. Its amazing that the Internet agent Tam sent me a quote way better than all others.Since then, I had few emails and phone calls with Tam. He was very polite and helpful to fulfill my need. Of course, most of people looking for cars with budget as the top priority.Tam definitely did a great job on this. After double confirm, triple confirm the deal, We arranged a meet up to seal the deal. The whole meet up was great, smooth, quick. There was no hassle, no trick, no hidden cost.Right now, Im driving my new Mazda 6, and Im glad to have business with Tam in Fremont Mazda!Highly recommend
Patience, empathy, and total support from staff that cares is what keeps me coming back. Thank you Lizette and Julio for doing the best at what you do. I really appreciate it. I have no suggestions on what they can do better. I am completely satisfied with my visits.
It was after we signed the contract when they told me the SD card for built-in navigation & traffic sign recognition was not available.. The promised to give me one new SD card when available -- it has been two months and the salesman is not replying my messages.. well see how things goes.
The worst place and service to get your dream car from. Finance Manager “Al Farahani” and internet sales person “Ahmed Rasikh” are not even qualified enough to to provide a good customer service, I doubt even McDonalds May hire them. No respect for customers and they didn’t let me complaint about them to their General Manager “Abby Manteghi”. My first car buying experience was really bad.Posting email address of Mazda regional manager so you all can escalate the staff’s poor behaviorMike Griffin (Regional Manager) Email : [email protected]
Wow. After dealing with five dealerships in the Bay Area — mansplaining, bait and switch at the last minute and pushy, gimmicky sales people who straight up lie — I was about to give up on buying a car. A friend introduced me to the guys at Fremont and I had a fair quote from within the hour. It was almost 11 pm and Aziz was still answering emails. Aziz was incredible. He tracked down the exact car I wanted and kept me in the loop through the shipping process. When I came in, he and his team were friendly and professional, even though I was pushing closing hours on their Friday night to help troubleshoot when one credit bureaus locked my report. Don’t fall for the gimmicks from the other dealers (esp the DGDG network who quoted me the wrong price and tried to play games with me). I cannot recommend Aziz more highly. He even named my beautiful new CX-5. Thank you so much, Aziz and the team at Fremont!
Sulaiman, is a deal-breaker sales person.Gave me the best deal. Made me feel like home, and most-important built that relationship of trust.
Andrew Hoffman was amazing!!! Went in for normal servicing of our Mazda and he was just great! He had the car in and out quickly and even took the time to answer some questions about other services on our car without the salesman attitude most places have. It really made me want to go back and have him help with our body kit and tinting. He is a comfortable presence and definitely someone to seek out. Make sure you give him your business.
The services was fantastic.
Mazda I bought here in 2019, and today (5000 miles of routine maintenance) to change the oil, they turned out to be charged! So I think they promised free maintenance within two years is deceiving! Reception service is good, but the finance staff is impolite.
100% not coming back again and not buying a Mazda in the future.
Overall experience was very great. Good customer service and way better response. Basir and Shakib were excellent in service. They made my financial hurdle easy and convenient.
We stopped going here for service because every time we dropped off our car, the technicians would disconnect our dashcam without telling us. The first time this happened it took us a few days to figure out the dash cam was disconnected. They never reconnect it.This happened 3 times. What are they trying to hide?
The friendly and reliable service and tech staff make me feel assured that my car is in the right hands. Elsa from the service desk accommodated me at the last minute on a weekend for what couldve been an engine problem and even provided a loaner. Will keep coming here for all my servicings and vehicle concerns.
I have purchased 2 cars from Fremont Mazda and was delighted before, so I am not angry at them for not keeping their word in this instance. Still, after communicating back and forth with my sales associate on a formally documented written price quote prior to coming in to the dealership during COVID-19, the quote was not honored when my wife and I went in to pick up the car. I even sent the formal quote to the head of sales to confirm price before coming to the dealership, to make sure everything was lined up in advance since we are in COVID shelter in place. As soon as I completed all of the paperwork in person for the CX-5, another person from the sales leadership team came out and said they could not honor the price stated in their written quote but would sell the car for $1900 more than the quote. I think that is poorly done by the dealership who blamed a computer error that several people had experienced. If that was the case, they should have informed me in advance, particularly given our multiple instances of phone and email communication prior to the sale. Very disappointed since I had planned to buy two more cars from them when my two college seniors graduate next June. Yes, we have been a happy Mazda family. Rethinking Mazda and my dealership.
Great cars if you dont know. theyre sporty and reliable. The finance dept will try to squeeze anything they can from you. Know your numbers. The final paperwork was the smoothest Ive ever seen at a car dealer. It only took 15 minutes
I am writing this to help other people.Fremont Mazda Definitely offers good discounts when buying Mazda in south Bay.However do not expect beyond that. Average service and not so polite people.True car sent the quotes to 3 dealers, Fremont comes back quickly with lowest quote.Quote is low if you go through their standard APR, which is 4% and has to be Chase bank. In case if you want to go through your bank, still can expect reasonable price. However I asked for red color Mazda, not sure if that is true, price has changed as other dealers as red is in high demand. Very Disappointing, I was offered two full tank of fuels as compensation, which is peanut.Asked me to come with documents and I don’t have to pay any down. However When I was signing papers, finance manager is appalled that I am not paying anything and he said I have to pay something otherwise I don’t get the car, I paid $2000 to get the car. Sales person did not explain anything about car when handing over. He is supposed to order navigation for next week, never heard anything. I ordered in Amazon for good price.Bottom line, typical car sales company, do not commit anything until you verify all the things.
Largest dealer, YES! Variety, YES!User experience, BAD!Had to wait two hours even after having an appointment. Not entertained once I decided to buy the car. Witnessed a physical fight and possible harassment while picking up.my vehicle. Delievered my new vehicle unwashed and with minor scratches. Its very difficult to get hold of them on call.Mazda is a great company but this dealership isnt worth it.
Oscar and Rami from service took great care of me. Told me exactly what my car needed and didn’t try to sell me extra stuff. I’m new to California and they made me feel like I’ve found a place I can trust with my Mazda.
They promised me to deliver the vehicle at 3pm on Sunday. After I went there they let me know that car wont be ready for pickup until next day.Disappointed with the service. People are friendly and knowledgeable.
We bought a new car one week ago here. One of the mud flaps fell off and hit the tire while my boyfriend was driving on the highway. I think either they sold us a defective car or the service people there didnt do their job to check the car before they sold it to us. I said that because all the other mud flaps are very tight. Its impossible for us to make only one of them loose within one week.My boyfriend brought the car to the dealer. The service people were so rude to him and insisted that its all our fault. So we need to pay to repair it by ourselves.Im not surprised by their attitude because their sales people treated us in the same way when we bought the car. If its our fault, its our fault to buy a car from them.I feel so lucky that it was just a mud flap issue not a brake issue. I cannot believe it happened to a new car. Im not confident that the new car I bought from this dealer is safe to drive.
Very pleased with my experience. My salesman Antonio was responsive, patient, knowledgeable and gave me space to think through my options. He explained everything about the car and financing and was a pleasure to work with. Dealership has a large inventory and had the exact model I wanted and beat other quotes I received. I was happy with the price for my trade-in.
My husband and I leased our car here about a week ago and were very pleased with the entire process. Mia was our very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable salesperson; and Shakib in finance was also very pleasant and made the leasing process clear and easy. We highly recommend!
I came in to the service department to have my car looked at. Ive never been there before, but they treated me as if I had been coming there for years. They went above and beyond, remembered my name, and were genuinely friendly. Thanks guys!
STAY AWAY FROM EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SERVICE SCAM. We had dead battery and then jump started it but display was blank. So we called Mazda Fremont and the rep said you better bring it to the service station. Once I got there, the service rep mentioned$480 as battery is old (?? The car is less than 3 yrs old) and $189 diagnosis fees as there is possible that computer is dead. Basically was trying to over sell the service and over charge which is supposed to be covered under service plan. Anyway, I decided not to continue with service and when I came back to my car and turned the engine ON, the display was back with all other functionality. In short, this dealership try to over charge customer instead of guiding them or helping.
The best experience at any dealership. If you want to lease or finance a Mazda (the best car in compact, mid-size, compact and subcompact crossover segments according CarandDriver) go there and ask to talk with Jason. Hes the most honest person Ive ever met in dealerships
Extremely poor experience. Bait and switch. We had agreed to a price quote online with Dan Masuda. We had asked numerous times whether this was the correct quote. He responded yes more than 5 times and said he would honor his offer. We had it in writing. We moved over tens of thousands of dollars to our savings account to buy the car. The day before we were coming to buy the car. He says the deal actually costs $1000 more that he had made an error on the price.Dont believe any price you negotiate with this dealership. They will blatantly lie to you. Especially Dan Masuda. We went to a different dealership after our horrible experience here.
I went to go buy a new CX-3 here in January, but I was turned off by the salesmans lack of knowledge on the car. Then when it came to look at the finances, they didnt want to take my I need to go home and think about it. Thats seriously what I needed to do. They instead, held on to my potential trade-in cars registration, and my drivers license. I asked for both back and left. I have never felt so pressured to buy a car on the spot. If I say I need to think about it, let me do that. Its a lot of money to dish out on a new car. like damn...I ended up buying the car from a different Mazda dealership. I love the car. But I left Fremont Mazda with a bitter nasty taste in my mouth. Please avoid these people.
Little disappointed, I took my Mazda is to get a diagnostic service for a rough idle and they incorrectly thought the problem was due to the aftermarket intake. After going to an independent mechanic they were easily able to find the problem caused by the return spring on the throttle body being too weak to maintain a constant idle.
I had my car serviced for a passenger seat weight sensor (a problem many second generation Mazda3 owners have). Overall, great experience with the service department and reasonable price for the repair. If you choose to visit a Mazda dealership, go to Fremont Mazda. Dont go to Towne Mazda in Redwood City, their sales and service department is the worst.
Had an opportunity to work with Athena and Jason today and got a car cx5 for my friend..very good experience and very good customer service.. I would recommend both the car and the dealership.. 👍
Working with Julio in the service department was a pleasure. He was polite and very professional. Julio explained in detail the work that needed to be performed and the timeframe it would take.
Worst service department ever. Upper management needs to clean out its closet. This service department is bringing your reputation down. Some sales reps and sales managers are really good at their jobs. I would recommend my friends and family to buy but NEVER do any service here.
