Les was a fantastic gentleman to work with. Clear with expectations, I handed off my computer for some much needed diagnostic work and repair. Had a new Noctua Dh-15 he installed and removed my old water cooling unit. He took less than a day to completely clean all my old components and get the work done I needed. His pricing was great too - posted so there was no discrepancy or issue.Heres the deal. He is great. 5 stars. Bring this man any problem or concern you have and let him do his thing. Youll love the results.

Do not use! Les has anger issues and was either incompetent or dishonest about repairing my computer.He diagnosed my iMac as having a bad hard drive and quoted me $485 to fix. (I was told later by Apple tech that hard drives cost $60 at Best Buy.) I told Les I wanted to get a second opinion. When picking up my computer, he slammed my trunk as hard as he could, swore at my husband and I and flipped us off. This was all because I wasn’t wearing a mask, which I had in the car but didn’t feel the need to put on as I never got out of my car and all he did was hand me my change in a plastic bag.I then took my computer to Apple. It was the operating system, NOT the hard drive, and they fixed it for free on the spot! Les said he got a bunch of errors about my hard drive. Apple saw none. Incompetent or dishonest? You decide.
He charged me way more than I was led to believe the final bill would be or advertized. I needed a screen cable replaced, $79, plus $29 for labor. when I picked it up, my final bill was $196. He is capitalizing on his customers using the COVID PANDEMIC as a foundation for something he should have been doing long before it was a pandemic, he charged me an extra $12.00 for disinfecting supplies and cleaning the internals of the laptop. I had to return my laptop the next day, the keyboard or touch controls wouldnt work and when I turned it on, there was a floating voice to text menu that would not go away. His response was that he never, seen that menu before, nor did touch the keyboard or built in mouse nor did he test them, so if he fixed this issue it would be another $50 to open it up. After some debate, he had me wait in his driveway, he was ANGRY that I wasnt wearing my mask in my vehicle, he returned WITHOUT my laptop, to discuss me NOT wearing my mask. He blamed me, on the 2nd trip in less than 24 hours, for the keyboard having a brown goo under it. He didnt plug keyboard ribbon in, that was the issue, when I attempted to confronted him about the cleaning and charges for disinfecting he was more angry, abruptly left and returned with my laptop and said I would need to use an external mouse or give him an addition $50. I told him I would have my son look at it when he gets back in town and I would in contact to discuss the problem. He took my laptop back inside and returned 15 minutes later with it. He had a sudden brainstorm of the issue and the problem was solved. Have a nice day he said as he quickly to his house. In my opinion Mr Les is scamming people.
This man and his company are the GREATEST!!!!!! Just had to let the world know this after reading the other wacky review listed here. I HIGHLY recommend this business. He is very knowledgeable and honest!
