I’ve been looking everywhere for a cord for my Nikon and when I called in to inquire, I was greeting with a kind and patient voice. They even held it for me and let me test it on my camera to make sure it was the one I needed! If you’re looking for a camera shop in upper Delaware, this is the one to visit!!!

I visited this store because of the positive reviews and because I love supporting local small businesses. I dropped off a veteran photo of my father in law to be colorized and made into a 4x6 to surprise my husband and place in a frame with his flag and various medals. I dropped off the photo on a Thursday and was told that it should be ready by the following Mon/Tuesday at the latest. Today is Friday- a little over a week from when I dropped off the photo. I just returned from the store to pick up the finished photo and it hadnt even been touched yet. The older gentlemen that was there was apologetic, but unfortunately I asked for my photo back because thats just not good business. I would have appreciated a call to inform it was not ready. I will not return in the future.

Great place for photo enthusiast and professional photographers. Great customer service. The staff is professional, polite and knows the photography business.

Was looking for a hobby camera because Ive outgrown my phone. Got a great deal on just what I need (well maybe a little more than i need, but room to grow is good) and good advice and information from the owner, who is obviously very knowledgeable in his trade. Very kind and professional.

An awesome little camera shop! They have some of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. They dont have a massive amount in stock, but what they do have they can tell you every last detail about. Definitely one of my favorite camera stores on the East Coast.

I had no problem with customer service, my issue was paying for a service that couldnt be done. I already had known what was wrong with lens, still was trying to calibrate when it needed service. Wasted money!

Passport photos!! Why would you go anywhere else? Its cheaper than the big guys and much better service. A+

I took my laptop to this shop because my screen would not work. I needed it repaired in a very short time, and the shop did everything in the power to get it fixed in four days. My screen was not a easy fix, they spent hours upon hours getting it fixed. Not only did they fix my laptop, they also provided the best customer service I have ever dealt with. If you need any repairs to your laptop or phone, this is the only place you need to take it. The price was very good, but the customer service was even better. Wonderful place, and wonderful people!

Went in there with my Nikon D7000 DSLR when it dropped and broke the lens mount. The customer service was excellent, the representative called Nikon to see how much it would cost to fix. Since it was going to be close to the cost of a new camera recommended I not get it repaired. He graciously did not charge me for this assessment.

I stopped by this shop for some passport photos. These photos were just perfect; and they have been accepted. People there are friendly and professional.

Quick and hassle free service. got my photos for US Passport for $10 only(for 2pcs), where Walgreens is charging $14.

I urgently needed a passport photo, went to this shop and asked: can them take a photo according to instructions. Man said Yes!.I take a digital copy on my pen drive, checked it at home and it photo doesnt comply with the instructions.I lost time, money, mood... and didnt get photo that I needed.

Service was terrible. The man behind the counter ended up breaking my camera more while trying to fix it. I wound not recommend taking a camera there to have repaired

They had the cheapest price for passport photos. $10 versus $18 at a couple of other locations I found in the area. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional.
